His knowledge of impact windows & doors is excellent and he was present, taking care of us, throughout the entire process. The installation team is superb. The team arrived daily on time, kept our place clean during the installation, went beyond the windows and doors installation as they removed and reinstalled automated blinds successfully. I was surprised by the excellence and willingness to help and get the work done, of this team (Jorge, Juan and Vladimir) and they were very courteous all the time. Jeff, the installer of the August lock, was amazing and did an excellent work. The inspection went quick and easy with Mario. And their support team by Wendi, Bobbie and Donna is just A+. Also great response times from one of the owners, Mariann Ingrasci. Also cannot go unmentioned the quality of their product which is very high end quality and stunning look and feel. These are the most awful…read moreand dishonest persons I've ever met and I had the whole house remodeled from ceiling to the ground so I employed a lot of persons. It was not easy but most of the time people here in Florida are correct. All impact is just the single exception. They told us "don't worry it's written 24 weeks in the contract but it should be done before the hurricane season" and this was march the 1st. Our windows have been installed November the 7th and they just destroyed the walls and the windows have deficiencies. They said it was because of the manufacturing delays but did nothing the get the permit on time which made the delays even longer. We've had hurricane Ian in the meantime. They destroyed the fresh painted walls and didn't want to cure "because it's not written in the contract". So you as a customer will sign a contract that only engages YOU don't expect them to feel responsible for anything. If I had not retained the final payment until they cured they would have done nothing (he screens just fell on us, one glass has a distorsion and the walls were damaged) and they kept on harassing and threatening me to get paid. As a responsible person, I must submit this review. PLEASE use caution before you hire this…read morecompany. Window and Door installation company. Supplies materials from ES Windows and Doors LLC. When I tried to cancel my project, Mr. Benhamou told me he had ordered materials and will lien my property if I cancel. He refused to provide verification of order. We were stuck. Accepted to work with them rather than have a lien. They knew nothing about Martin County Building Department permitting/inspection process. I had to instruct them. No one that comes to your property speaks or understands English. Atleast they pretend they don't. In converstion, Mr. Benhamou tells you he is a GC. He is not. It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. According to public record, Florida Impact Pro LLC has only been in business for months. August 2025. No BBB rating due to brief time in business and no track record. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!
