They were very polite, flexible when it came to which room I needed them to work on at the moment, and cleaned up as they went through the install process. Angel was a perfectionist when it came to adding caulk and trim and as a result my windows and doors look great. After install was complete, Paul the project manager and Adrian stopped by my home to make sure there were no imperfections and to see if I there was anything else that I needed. Neptune Impact Windows is the way to go !!! We recently had Neptune replace all of our windows and doors. In total it was 14 openings, 2 single doors, and a French door. All I can say is that I wish I would've done it sooner. I did some research and got 4 estimates in total prior to committing to the project. Neptune by far was the most professional, reputable, compassionate, and reasonable. They arrived on time, covered the house with plastic to prevent dust from spreading and finished by the date promised. House passed inspection with no hassles. These guys go above and beyond and treat your home as if it were their own. We had a small issue with some of the screens due to delivery, let me just say that Chriss and Jason took it upon themselves to handle the situation directly with the vendor. They even went as far as delivering and installing the screens themselves on their own time, mind you I had already paid them in full. Not to mention that they were the ones chasing me to finish the work and usually with my experiences it's the other way around. So don't waste your time with anyone else and give these guys a call.
