I rec'd my Best Pick Report Broward edition and found this company ( Keenan ) with outstanding reviews. I called them and 2 other local companies. I called JVR for an appt. but.... after 2 days I went to showroom to look myself. My job was tiny.. but did then set an appt. JVR came on a Wed, and by Friday I had to call them about my estimate, which was given to me verbally. I asked for it to be emailed, never received it. Who does that? 2nd place fella came out, rec'd the estimate, I asked for a change on estimate of a door.... never got back, no follow up. Keenan, Dan, came right out. Gave me a written estimate, I gave them one change to the order too, got that back to me right away. BOOK 'EM DANO. It was a bonus that the price was fair too. My order came in a few weeks early, their installers ( not contractors - which was important to me too) we great guys. The few usual tweaks needed after installation, were take care of after one call - the same day, like 2 hours later. Maybe I just got lucky. Its hard to find good companies, that have good workers, and good customer service. I highly recommend Keenan Windows! Thank you Dan and staff. Kim G. Oakland Park, Fl.

They were recommended to us by a neighbor, and we have since recommended Keenan to other friends and neighbors. They know their business and are very well worth the price.

They are unprofessional and to date I still have NOT received my window screens. They sent David a supposed technician who struggled to take measurements. . Well the next encounter with him turned into a shouting match over the phone he was rude and very disrespectful. A week later the company sent him back. He was on the phone again yelling and very threatening. At this point I did not want him to come near me. He has an anger management problem. To date still no screen Why would they choose to send David again. Beware Stay far away. I will be putting in a complaint with the proper agency. Very Unacceptable shame shame on you!!

Choosing a company to replace windows/doors when upgrading to impact is a major consideration. With…read moreso many options to choose from, research and recommendation become very important. We looked into company backgrounds and principals, read countless reviews, and asked neighbors and friends for recommendations. We ultimately settled on 4 candidates to interview; and the differences in presentations was interesting and informative. Ranging from those who wanted to oversell more than was needed to those who rushed through the basics, we felt Ryan with Republic was right on. He was respectful and professional, took his time and answered all of our questions. We were provided with a comprehensive quote that was very fair, and they were open to some tweaking to fit our particular needs. That being said, follow through is critical. This is where we feel Republic Windows & Doors really shines. From Maria and Debbi in the office to Omar's supervisory skills, to the Yasel installation team the communication was seamless. Everyone on the project was vested in our complete satisfaction. I also feel compelled to mention that beyond the expertise in their core business of impact resistant products, Company President, Daniel Elad, displays values that I admire and respect. From supporting US based Charitable Organizations with donations from each project; to planting trees to help sustain the environment; to participating in Feeding America, Republic prides itself on giving back to the communities that support them. It is my pleasure to recommend Republic Windows and Doors. They will not disappoint.
