Joshua provided our formal quote promptly, and once that was signed and returned, the process was easy from there with High End really taking care of everything. Rod coordinated the installation of the doors and made sure we were clear on each step and happy with the product and service we received. Mark, Fabio & Leo did an excellent job installing the sliding doors, taking great care to protect our furnishings and decorations, cleaning up after they were finished and leaving the final product looking perfect. They also made sure to abide by our condominium's rules and to make our neighbors comfortable as possible by providing a timeline for the work and sticking to it. John came out for the inspection, which was passed with no problems, and he noted a little difficulty in closing one of the doors. Mark, Fabio & Leo stopped by the next day and made a tweak to solve the issue, and doors have operated perfectly since. The product, ES 2020 model sliding exterior doors, was exactly as Tom promised - completely blocking the traffic noise that was bothering us and providing additional privacy with the mild tinting. In working with all company divisions, my wishes for air flow & light were brought to realization in a manner that was better than I could imagine. Top notch, from start to finish. We had 16 windows, 2 sliders, and 2 entry doors. Everything went smooth, even on an older, 1958 house. I originally hired them because they said they did not sub-contract their installers, and boy, I'm glad that I did. All their people were long time employees and very detail oriented. Martin, the head of our crew, told us step by step what they were doing, every day. They visqueened the parts of the house that they were not working on to minimize the dust. They made sure they cleaned up before they left, and took all the debris with them. I had no problem leaving them there feelin very confident that I could trust them in my house without my supervision and also knowing that the job was going to be done right without taking any short cuts. Very happy with our new sliders and front door. The crew that worked on our townhome were extremely professional and courteous. They actually work for the company and are not sub-contractors. They did a very good job of blocking everything off and protecting the inside of our home. There was a small amount of construction dust, but that is to be expected. Once approved by the MySafeFloridaHome program, I received quotes from five companies, large to small. Every one of them came out and gave us quotes. Comparing the written contracts and costs associated, High End came out on top. There was one that came up almost even (Performance Windows and Doors), but after reading the contract and all of what they are NOT responsible for - we thought why would we sign this?
