The guys we had came from the Fort Lauderdale area. Raad, the supervisor, was awesome. They completed 1850 square feet in just over 6 hours. Our elephant in the room - (Tile in kitchen, living room, and bedroom's) - is gone within a day for the new tile to be installed. Overall the workers were kind, hardworking, and timely. I understand that things happen during certain demo efforts. However, the fact most of the newly rehabbed areas were once again needing to be now repainted and repaired is unfortunate. We don't have the time to fix additional damage they caused. I wasn't going to post anything because I was under the impression that they were going to hopefully work with us to fix the damage they caused. After asking them to come back out to review the damage they sent the construction supervisor out the very next day after they finished the job. He tried to make it right by knocking off a hundred bucks. However, that doesn't even pay for the paint let alone the time and effort to fix the holes, sand down the walls and repaint. Since then, no one has returned my request to fix the damage or followed up. So I'll take the hit but they have just lost my future business on our continuous home flips. read more

Gomez Repair Corp. took my money and ran after they left an incomplete removal with all the mortar and thin set on my terrazzo. The flooring installer could not begin work with all the residue still stuck to the floor. I had dust everywhere and it was starting to make me, my kids and my pets sick. I love these people. I had a very big job; not size but difficulty. I was dealing with 800sf of wood flooring glued down using Bostik's Best (intense) over ceramic tile, over concrete. I needed it all up. I removed about 100 sf in my office using a floor chipper "made" for this work and then sanded the floor with the floor sander. I went through two blades and in order for the machine to work I (not exaggerating) needed to run full speed into the wood with the machine to get maybe a 1/2" strip up. 16 hours later I had the wood up (100sf) and then came the sander. I weigh about 120 so needless to say, I needed to repair two of my walls and my closet door because I an the machine was being flung into them. I said never again so I found a bunch of people who came out to quote me. All where a bit higher than this place and I wasn't confident. They sounded like they were going to sub contract or sit there for 6 days with a chisel. When the owner of this place came out, he had his brochure of the machines he uses and when he left I had a strong feeling that the other places probably sub out to this place. So I cut the middle man and hired them. They arrived on time with a CREW. There must have been 6 of them total. They put a ramp down because the machine weighs about 3,000lbs and didn't want to damage the threshold. They had 6' tall HEPA filters installed on their grinders. They had a guy on the riding machine, guys with wrecking bars, guys with shovels, and guys hauling it out to their truck for destruction. They then had a guy with the big sander, another guy with the corner sander, other guys sweeping and other guys cleaning up. Oh, and they also grabbed a jack hammer and I had a "spare" guy rip out my shower floor down to the bare subfloor because I wanted to redo the shower. Let me tell you....this whole big show....30 minutes start to finish. No lie. From the knock on my door to me shaking their hands...about 45-55 minutes. It took me weeks to recover from the shock. I just spent 3 days doing 1/8th the amount of work in the other room. If you are hesitant at all...I am telling you, USE THEM. Was there dust when they left? Sure but if you ever done anything with drywall, concrete, or dried glue even if it is a 1" hole in the wall you will get dust in areas you didn't know existed. They demolished 800sf of wood, glue, tile, and thin-set. So yes there was a small amount of residual but if it weren't for their filters it would have looked like Ground-Zero read more

This company is the BEST! I just had them remove all the tile in my house, demo one bathroom, demo the kitchen and remove a wall in the garage. They were absolutely wonderful! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and then some. They left everything clean and in order, and they hauled everything away! I had no mess! These guys aren't tile removers at all. They are TILE ASSASSINS. I was very uncertain about having this team come out because it was so easy to make an appointment with Wendy and she was great to speak with. In South Florida a sign like that often indicates that a company is too good to be true. Then today came and they showed up on time which is half the battle. Within about 10 minutes of them showing up, I knew that my decision to hire them was right. In 5 minutes the driver had a plan of attack and said they'd be finished before 3pm, which I thought was optimistic. Then they began unloading their equipment, which included their very own generator, a massive vacuum and filter, and a huge circular grinder. 16 grit? More like... holy s**t! Unlike many other goons, these guys actually own and bring the heavy duty equipment in the pictures you see. Pricing is on par with others and they do an excellent job--they even cleaned up after themselves. These guys really are outstanding and I definitely recommend them for any kind of tile removal, thinset removal, and flooring removal. read more

I once removed 300 sq ft of ceramic tile, and while the end result turned out ok, I swore I would never take on such a project EVER again. It was hot, dusty, time consuming, back-breaking work that is best left to professionals. So, when I decided to remove the tile in a home I just purchased, I immediately called this company. I spoke with Bruce on Friday, I was given a fair quote, and by Monday I had three workers at my door at exactly 9 a.m. These 3 guys were absolutely amazing! Removing the tile was a bit loud but these guys were so fast, that when I heard silence for a while I went out to see if there was a problem, and to my surprise they were finished! And just like that 650 sq ft of ugly 12x12 ceramic tile and thinset was gone. My concrete floor was left clean and perfect, even the perimeter of the room was left completely clean. And although I found the thinnest layer of dust, 3 DAYS LATER, their process of using these massive sized vacuums left my home 99.9% dustless. For anyone considering removing tile on your own, all I have to say is, DON"T DO IT! This is one of those things you don't want to go the cheap route on. The aggravation, time, and potential for getting hurt just isn't worth the "savings." read more

Early this month, My husband and I bought a condo in Delray and call This company to get an estimate, we were pleasantly surprised about the efficiency and professionalism over the phone.
