The only thing I can say is that they must be writing their own reviews. Came out to measure and was promised a date. Given incorrect information from the start on delivery and deposit requirements. Delay after delay on the install and then to find out they haven't even started on my closets. Called to speak to the owner and he was not apologetic at all for the delays and went on to state that it was my fault for not sending in the full 50% deposit even though the agreement we made with their rep was to send 25% to start production and they would receive another 25% the day of delivery and the balance upon completion. Matthew measured. Installers came in with PRE-FAB cabinets. Lost a total of 5 inches with the badly measured space. I asked Matthew to repair the very bad drawer glides and give me back my space that they took away. Matthew screamed at me and was shaking so bad at me in my home I am 71 and that was actually abusive and scary as I was alone in the house. SCARY HYPERTENSIVE LAZY MAN! Matthew believes that the extra pieces using the space is sturdier than the plain boards but since I had normal closets that utilize space EFFICIENTLY in past years without his spacers he is lazy and LYING. Matthew responded with a bunch of blah blah blah. Matthew, if you had decent closet structures and regular drawer glides that actually worked, this would not be an issue. We can't say enough good things about Closet Wizzard. First, working with Kathy was top shelf. She is so helpful and professional, and will do whatever she can to respond to your needs. We had a closet collapse and was living with our clothes piled on our table. Kathy said she would try to do what she could to fit us in to at least get our master closet finished, but we may have to complete the rest of the work a little later. She did better than that. First she squeezed us in for measurements. Then her crew was out within a few days and they completed all closets in less than two days. The crew was terrific. I called Closet Wizzard to get a quote for a custom wardrobe closet. Matthew, the owner, came by to take measurements and provide the quote. What a unprofessional business. I want there to get a price on something. I had an appointment. The person come yells from the back they will be out. They sit down, as I describe what I wanted all they said was no. Cannot to that cannot to this. The man was not only opinionated that his way was the only right way, but that everything I wanted was wrong and impossible, Finely, he prices a unit mush less than I wanted. I left there, went somewhere else, not only were they much more professional, they offer 3D drawings of what I wanted, gave me exactly what I wanted and were $1100 less expensive. And I have done business with the less expensive company, they do great work, This is the 7th home I have renovated and have never had an issue like this with a closeted company. Shop around there are much better companies with more state of the art systems and people that will treat you like a valued customer. read more

Worst service! Completely dissed organized company. We ordered a closet to be installed back on May 2 . I have multiple emails of dates confirmed that they were supposed to be here to set up Saturday, they called and canceled via email 14 hours before after I had moved everything out of the closet. Then I called to confirm that they were going to be here on Thursday which I ended up having to take off of work lost a day of work to have them install and then they end up canceling first thing in the morning via email. This company is extremely disorganized! A member of the chamber for the city of palm beach. I will definitely make sure I don't let anybody else fall victim to this just organization. I never even offered a discount for their mess ups . Avoid at all costs. Extremely frustrating. We also had six more closets we wanted them to do and we definitely will not be using them! read more

Closet Wizard, Matt and crew really came through for us in a big way with a huge closet project. After dealing with so many lousy South Florida contractors during a massive renovation, it was such a huge relief to find a company that came through in ways that went above and beyond expectations. The project consisted of 4 larger size/master closets, a couple kids closets, an office shelf display, and linen closets. The job was actually completed ahead of the estimated time which was a giant relief. I hired them because it was just closet organizers and they had the install date I wanted. What a mistake! The owner, Matthew Goldberg, who did the estimate was an operator, but I wanted the closets fast, That was a mistake. I not only didn't get what I ordered, there was damage to furniture and a closet door in my home. Please note, if you are a pet owner this is NOT A PET FRIENDLY COMPANY and will not install if your pets are home. The first install crew was disrespectful and told me they "wouldn't work with people who treat their pets like people," and left without installing. The company was able to send out a 2nd crew the same day and they were OK, but damaged furniture and a bifold door in my closet. One of the organizers in the pantry is OK, but not exactly fine craftsmanship, and the other two were not made to my specifications, with 12" shelves instead of 16". I was supposed to get a CAD file to confirm the design but never received it, and when they showed up to install of course it was wrong. When I spoke with the owner to complain and ask for it to be fixed Matthew said, "I'm filthy rich and don't need your money," so I stopped payment and called my credit card company and moved forward with another closet company to replace the units with the shelves too shallow for my needs. Then an hour later, he changed him mind and got in touch to indicate he wasn't as filthy rich as he thought, and was going to call a lawyer to ensure I paid. No way. I didn't get what I ordered and there was extensive damage to my home. Thankfully, I was on high alert after the first crew left and took before pictures of all the doors and furniture, and can prove all the damage, and will be right there with a countersuit if he pursues it. Perhaps even if he does not, because there is significant damage to my home. Just don't do business with this guy, particularly if you're female. Perhaps if he wasn't doing so much mansplaining during the estimate, and listened more, the shelves would have been right. If he'd indicated they weren't pet friendly, I would never have hired him, but he pretended to be OK with the dog when he was here. His installers demanded I put the dog out in 90 degree heat. Enough said, no?? Go with someone else for your closets, no matter what this guy promises!!! read more

They met AND exceeded my expectations. First, the custom shelving unit that I ordered for my closet came in much sooner than I had ever expected. Jordan came and measured my closet and discussed how I could customize the look even more, shoring up a shelf that was above the unit. The team of two men who came in to install the unit wore masks, were very courteous and wonderfully professional. They measured carefully to make sure that the unit was in the exact center... even showing me the clearances for different types of clothes on each side (pants vs wider shirts). They lifted the bowing shelf that was already there and even stabilized it more by attaching it to side shelving on both sides. Everything they removed from that bowed shelf, they put back in the same place (and even spaced them to look better than what I had originally). The price was right too! I give them my highest recommendation!..... and I am so sorry I waited so long to customize my closet and gain all of this new space!!!!!!!! read more

Note, did not come with self closing hinges but installer said I could call company and they have an add on to the existing hinges that will make them self closing. While I was happy with the closet that was built for me, my experience with Closet Wizzard soured. They assured me that if I wanted to add a few shelves, they would come back. When I called them a few months later to add 7 shelves, I was promised an estimate the following day. However, it never came. Despite calling them at least 8 times over the next 4 weeks, my calls were never returned. I was forced to have the job finished by another contractor who caused some slight damages to some of the new shelves, which wouldn't have happened if those at Closet Wizzard hadn't ignored my efforts of contacting them so they could finish the job properly. read more
