We had our doors and windows installed this week…read more We went with A&M HURRICANE PROTECTION LLC. The other three companies totally ghosted us after dropping their quotes. A&M's salesperson Jason answered questions in an extremely timely manner. If I wrote the email in the evening or on the weekend, he responded. I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional. They even worked with me to install the doors I wanted, even though I did not purchase the doors from them. They installed all the windows and doors in one day. Three trucks and at least 6 employees. They sent back one installer the following day to install the window sills. I could not be happier. Other than some dust (expected) you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and removed the old windows, screens and frames. The employees could not have been nicer (even with my non-existent Spanish). I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are thinking about doing your doors and windows

5-Star Review I…read morerecently hired ASP Superhome and ASP Remodeling for a full home renovation--new roof, new kitchen, new flooring, and a new bathroom--and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team truly went above and beyond. Bruce, JJ, Adonis, and Andres kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring, which made a major project feel smooth and stress-free. They handled everything from planning to execution with professionalism and care. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The roof looks incredible, the kitchen and bathroom feel like they came out of a showroom, and the new flooring completely transformed the space. You can tell they take pride in their craft and genuinely care about the homeowner's experience. I highly recommend ASP Superhome and ASP Remodeling to anyone looking for a company that delivers excellent workmanship, strong communication, and a team you can trust with your home.

Our first project with them was at our previous home, and the upgrades helped it sell faster and at a higher value, so choosing ASP again was an easy decision. If you're considering impact windows, roofing, solar, or home improvements, ASP SuperHome is a team you can trust. We're very happy to have worked with them on two homes now.

This is an extremely rude and dishonest company. We worked…read morewith them on our primary residence for a full garage door repair which they performed without issues. We ran into an issue with our garage door at our other home which we rent. As we had a relationship with them we decided to use their services again - and it was a complete waste of our time, money and patience. They charged us $135 to grease the chain, and align the lasers which is fine. We knew it was an overcharge but it seemed to be working while they were there. He even nickel and dimes over the smallest things. He charged us $5 to replace a garage door battery. It costs less than $1. We are more than capable of unscrewing 2 screws and replacing a battery. When we asked why $5 for such a simple thing he got upset and started acting rude with us. Regardless, we paid it and the following morning it failed to work again. Keep in mind the house at that time is unoccupied so after we packed up and closed the garage it had not been used/manipulated. We called them and asked them if they could evaluate it and see what the issue was since it was not working again. They said they offer no warranty on repairs and they said we would have to buy a whole new system. I understand not offering a warranty if the repair was a few weeks out and something new might have happened but it was literally less than 12 hours since they "repaired" it. So then we asked why they didn't just tell us to buy a new system from the beginning as we would rather spend $150 + labor for a new system rather than waste $135 on something which he knew wouldn't last. Afterwards they were extremely rude and disrespectful over text and phone. I would strongly recommend against using this company for your garage door needs.
