I had a new listing with a faulty sliding glass door. It wasn't locking and it wasn't gliding smoothly! I Googled "sliding glass door repairman near me" and this came up. I thought I'd call to ask how much it would be to have the door repaired and how quickly could he do it? George the owner of Complete Window Repair answered. He gave me an excellent price, said he was 10 minutes away and that he could take the job now. I went ahead and said let's go for it. George is a wonderful person and a true success story. He was courteous, professional, and worked very neatly... not to mention quickly! 30 minutes after he started, he was done. He wiped everything up and even demonstrated for the sellers via video how well it was all working. I go through business cards like there's no tomorrow. I am saving his. The first number I call was Complete Window Service and George answered. He was very pleasant to talk to and we scheduled an estimate for that afternoon. George called when he was on his way and arrived soon after. The evaluation took no time at all AND he was able to repair the windows so we didn't have to purchase new ones! I called this business about 10 days ago and received a call back very promptly. I explained that I needed an awning window repaired and perhaps a broken window on a door replaced also. I informed the man who called me that I needed a heads-up before he showed up because it is an empty rental. He told me he would let me know when he would go. He never called back. read more

George, the owner of this company came the same day I called him. He arrived at the time he estimated he would despite having to work his way through heavy traffic coming from north Miami to Palmetto Bay in the late afternoon! He did an excellent job replacing a broken window pane efficiently and with care. What I like about George is that he's your old time worker who does an honest job without fuss and with obvious skill honed by long time experience in his profession. He's seen it all! He's good natured and polite which made it a pleasure dealing with him! Once he was done he thoroughly cleaned up the work area ensuring there were no shards of glass or other debris left. He did the job for a fair price, too. I give him my highest recommendation. read more

We've owned our house for 35 years. For most of that time, our Florida room jalousie windows had suffered from lack of maintenance. Over the years, cranks stopped working, a rivet would fail occasionally and a glass louver would crash to the ground and break. Not wishing to endure the cost and code enforcement complexities of a home remodeling to replace the jalousies, I began to prowl the internet... and found George. He's semi-retired and has been doing jalousie work since 1974. He knows everything there is to know about jalousies and takes pride in his work. I can't say enough good things about the careful and deliberate way he attends to business. To make the windows open perfectly, he even changed out some rivets we replaced 20 years ago that he said were 1/32nd of an inch too small. Today, our windows are good as new. We are impressed that he took the time to do the job right. And my wife is pleased that he washed the glass louvers as he went along. read more

I called George for an estimate after reading all of the glowing reviews, and barely an hour later, I had a new window pane. It helped that when I called, George was right down the street, but still, his professionalism and service were unparalleled. George clearly takes a lot of pride in doing what he does with perfection, and he has decades with experience. The window pane that was cracked was more than 40 years old, and he removed and replaced it with the utmost care. Although my repair was a small job, I would certainly use George again for any sort of glass repair project that popped up. read more

Today I did something I haven't done in years. I opened my bathroom window! Another window repair company and an excellent handyman both told me the window was irreparable and had to be replaced. An old awning window. Try finding one...And then I called George, and he came over and said "I can fix this." Today, he fixed that broken window, created new parts, put new mesh in the screen, replaced the crank handle, and replaced a pane of opaque glass. I am thrilled with my good fortune. If You need window service of any kind....call George. He will do an excellent job and you will be extremely pleased. read more
