First of all they took months to install which I understood was because of supply chain issues most businesses are facing. A few weeks after the installation I started to notice rusted nuts & bolts holding 2 of the 3 columns. I have been calling them for months and they haven't even had the courtesy of returning my calls. Yesterday I finally received a call from the sales person and he proceeded to basically call me an ignorant as according to him all metals rust which is not true as one of the columns they installed is perfectly fine as the nuts and bolts they used for that specific column are the right type and are not rusted, he ended hanging the phone on me when I tried to explain this to him. (I guess he returned my call thinking he was getting another sale) I just want them to honor the guarantee they offer and come and replace the rusted parts, but their lack of professionalism is appalling. Please don't use them, they advertise in The Home Mag magazine we all receive in the mail from time to time. Please beware and don't hire them for any job in your home!

Looked them up on Florida Sunbiz, they are not registered with the State of Florida. Our awning is for a business on US1, visible to the whole world, and they've left it like this with no answers. We were forced to hire a different company to complete the job. The new company stated they took deposits for jobs not completed and closed up shop. I don't like leaving this review, having dealt with them in a positive way in the past, but to just not respond and leave a business hanging like that is just rude and unprofessional.

One left us dangling waiting for an estimate that never came. The other made an appointment to measure and never showed up. I then called Awnings 4 Ever. We had an excellent experience with them. The owner showed up at our house exactly on time to measure and give us an estimate. We wanted to replace the fabric only, not the frame on two Dome awnings. Other companies were quoting us outrageous prices for this. She gave us a very reasonable price and we selected the color we wanted. Within a week they were installed and they look beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for. She was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use this company again.
