For two years I have told Just Blinds how impossible this blind is too pull up. They sent me instructions how to connect the thirdcord. I have reattached the cord many times. They asked for a video, I sent it. They said they did not receive it although my computer. That was months ago. Now I can't get the third cord out of the whole it went into. They asked for another video. I sent it. Now no response from them and they have not returned my phone calls. Their web site says they have a 3 year guarantee. They do not respect their guarantee. Looked online to order top-down, bottom-up shades and I was not sure So I called and ordered top down bottom up shades from the 800 number on the website $700+. Shades were shipped as bottom up only when I reported the shades shipped were incorrect, they replied that the agent that placed the order would have to be contacted. Just blinds did not contact me, I called back and I was told there was nothing they would do and I was stuck with the shades they shipped incorrectly. I reported it to Discover Card. Just blinds advised Discover that I did not take a warranty so it is not covered.
