This company was referred to us because we wanted someone to install (hang) curtains we already had, a Cuban guy, who looks like the owner, came to our house and told us he doesn't install that type of curtains, he explained why and also present the type/style of blinds they do! We really liked the look and feel base on the samples he showed us and the photos. Also, his presentation was very profesional and friendly, so we ordered one for the master bedroom, paid half as a deposit and the final half when installed which occurred one day after the original plan but it's Ok since it was writing as "possible instalation day". I wish I could give them 0 stars. All was well until recently when water started coming into the house from the stairs window. Turns out one of his screws went through the actual window panel and water was leaking though the screw threads. Called the they guy, gave me a day to come look at it and as soon as he arrived without even looking at it he said the water coming in as a result of that screw, asked him to fix the installation anyway and sealed the screw hole. Then when it came time to talk about the water damage on the stairs laminate floor he grabbed his stuff and started walking towards the door with attitude complaining and saying that was not because of the screw. Its been raining like crazy since that visit to fix the install and no more water has come in. Now I'm stuck having to pay for someone to fix my stairs. This company will take no responsibility for their mistakes so beware!!! read more
