They call me back the next business day. The lady on the phone says they come out and fix at my home. Just text me photos of what needs to be fixed and give her my address. We set an appointment for the next day. Well the guy comes quotes me $100. and says he needs to take the blinds. This caught me off guard one that they are going to take them and too the price. So I pass for now. As it is I just moved the blind to a window that doesn't need it to move. Since it isn't a necessary I will leave it as is. I think for the price it was high but do they even sell these blinds anymore at Smith & Noble to replace? For now I will just leave it.

When we bought it, we were unaware that the blinds were old, some not functioning & some broken! Again I called Dr. Blinds. We are widows on fixed incomes & every cent spent counts. We were afraid we would have to replace all the blinds! Instead, Johnny, who is a very Honest & competent man, repaired those that could be repaired & replaced only the ones in the master bedroom! The entire bill was only a little over $300. If you want to deal with someone honest, competent & compassionate, call Dr. Blinds! Since i was away I electronically sent Manny the balance naively believing he was a man of his word. When I arrived home I discovered the disaster installation of which I have posted the photos. There was cracks and holes in my walls that occurred during installation that they didn't even bother to fix. They caked the blinds and walls with caulking like a two year old in art class and to top it off half of the blinds weren't even flush with the walls. Since I'd already paid it was close to impossible to get in touch with Manny. They eventually corrected part problem but within a week the blinds began to fall out of the windows, the blackout channels began to break away from the drywall and it became evident that they never used the proper anchoring during installation. I had to pay a different company to come out and properly reinstall and repair the mess they made. There will most likely be a sharp response to this review so just in case I have posted pictures. Please, for your own peace of mind do not use this company. There are far better and truly professional options.

None of the doors were installed correctly. None of the doors are plum. They're installed non leveled, crooked, and too far out. They are literally floating and hang out about 2 inches. This was at minimum a 3-day job that he and his crew completed in one day. There's no way it was done correctly and to code. Alex refused to fix it and now he blocked my phone number and is ignoring my calls. I am filing a complaint with the state.
