We really liked the look and feel base on the samples he showed us and the photos. Also, his presentation was very profesional and friendly, so we ordered one for the master bedroom, paid half as a deposit and the final half when installed which occurred one day after the original plan but it's Ok since it was writing as "possible instalation day". Then after I'd already paid the invoice electronically, they hung around in my living room refusing to leave, trying to swindle an extra cash payment out of me. Then like two months later the whole TV mount came crashing down and broke everything. Those amateurs didn't even put the screws into studs!
