We had called several blinds and curtain company to come and give us estimate. Armando from Artistic blinds inc, was the one that we chose to do our blinds. The crew showed us exactly on the due date. Even prior to installation date, he sent us pictures of work in progress which I greatly appreciated. They worked till late and had to come back the next day to finish the job. Honestly Armando from Artistic blind went beyond and above during installation to make sure we are satisfied. He explained how to work with remotes. He was honest and forefront. I would suggest this company to every one of my friends and family. Look these days of internet, it's hard to satisfy everyone... I used Armando on our new home, what a real piece of work! Would never use this guy ever again, he does not return calls when he needs to do service on his shotty workmanship. He installs motors on shades that start to squeak and make noises after 3 months after his installation, and does not return. They will gladly take your money to install the blinds...but if you ever have any issues they will not take you calls, they will give you the run-around, they don't stand behind their equipment, and they constantly lie to you saying they will come. I have been trying to contact them regarding one the blinds that got stuck. It has been 4 months, they have never shown up and when I did talk to him he tried to upsell me on replacing the motors for all the blinds. Yeah right. I made an appointment with Armando. He was supposed to come give me a quote for a job. After waiting 15 minutes for him - I called him, no answer, so I left a message. I waited another 15 minutes, called again, no answer. I texted him. After waiting 45 minutes with no call back or no response to my text, I called it a day and left. I have used Artistic Blinds for 3 residences since 2000 . I found Armando to be very prompt and courteous. He takes exact measurements and has a nice array of choices. He knows his business! Had my shades installed by Armando but I have been trying to reach Armando for the past 2 months and you have been giving me the run around. I wanted to buy another blackout shade....and to have my free motor installed. I think it's sad that you don't return my calls or texts because of a free motor that doesn't cost you much. The times I spoke to him he pretended to take my information and promised to call me the following week to instal. I even referred several people to you to install shades and you didn't reply to half of them. DO NOY USE ARTISTIC BLINDS OR ARMANDO as he will not return your calls and give you the room around.
