The Chef swore by his grill and after speaking with the owners (Antonio and Alex) we decided this was the grill we needed. (One cannot get a better recommendation than from a Chef). Antonio helped us through the selection process and the grill was shipped Texas. Although this is a very robust grill, the installation process was easy thanks to their detailed instructions. After the installation there were some issues with some bricks that cracked in transit, and we had some delays getting the replacement bricks. However, Alex called us, took ownership of the problem and solved the issue. The most important thing is that Alex acknowledged the problem and fixed it. Very impressed.

They scratched my wood floors moving the stove, it is damaged to a point that I will have to redo my whole kitchen floor. They made a big hole in my kitchen cabinet to get gas through and left the hole open and mouses started getting into the house, not to say Palmetto bugs. I had to pay for the above repairs, since I have called several times and they have ignored my calls, or told me that they sent someone to my house and they could not see anything, I was not there when they came, what were they supposed to see. Orlando was the salesman and the service could not have been worse.
