The actual cabinets were done well, but when asked why the bottoms of the cabinets that were on the…read moretop level did not have finished bottoms, we were told "they don't normally get finished." Keep in mind, that these cabinets are in a kitchen where cooking is done, so grease, etc. tends to get into things. How do you clean raw wood where grease has seeped in? We ended up staining and sealing the bottoms ourselves. We also put in new cabinets and granite tops in the bathrooms, and the guy that put in the granite top didn't measure the outlets correctly so for the bathrooms, we had to move the outlets up above the granite ourselves. They didn't cover or seal under the bar section of the kitchen granite top so there was a huge gap left that they had to come back and seal, which was done by putting a baseboard piece of wood underneath. When the kitchen sink was put in and the granite placed on top, they didn't properly seal the sink so we had to seal that ourselves as well. There were a lot of excuses and hemming and hawing when we were complaining about all the things we found wrong. So if you want to end up finishing the job yourself, then go ahead and use this company. If you want a complete and professionally looking job done, go somewhere else.
