What I can tell you is that if she's representing the seller, she will do whatever it takes to sell the house, even lying. The listing said that water heater was new: a LIE. During the tour I straight up asked how often does the train passes by, she looked at me and said every 4-5 days for 3 minutes, she even says that she lived in the community so she could "attest" that information. I proceeded then to ask her how are the HOA fees and if there are any assessments. Which then, she proceeded to lie *again* and said "no assessments". From the beginning my husband, our realtor, and I were very clear that if we were going to close on this house, we had a specific date in mind as we had scheduled a trip already and we also had important things at work. She repeatedly assured us that the closing date was ok. Well, 2 days before closing... 2 days, she told my realtor that they needed a post occupancy agreement, which my realtor expressed how she is against those, but we felt like we had no option but to agree. The day before moving, when I had paid already a deposit and all my belongings were packed. This joke of realtor, asked for an extra day because the seller wasn't "ready". We pushed back, but our efforts were in vain. Finally, you would think "well, finally our home, ready to move". Oh, how wrong I was... when we stepped into the house, there was dog poop and vomit everywhere, the toilet was clogged with human poop too, the house was completely disgusting! Our realtor couldn't even believe it, and started helped us cleaning, basically moved out everything they left. To our surprise, the sellers had left plenty of their belongings in the backyard, attic, garage, and we had to move them out. The seller's realtor never showed up, never offered an apology. Never showed an ounce of respect. We were interested in buying another home and the moment we saw she's the realtor representing the seller, we immediately decided not to even look at the house. What it was supposed to be a nice moment for us, she made it the most horrible decision. We're still disappointed of how it was all done. Our closing wasn't smooth, and not from our realtor but from this lady and the sellers. She robbed us from a happy closing, not to mention all the lies she said. She lacks of integrity and professionalism. I'll strongly encourage you to walk away from any house she sells.
