We had an issue with the washing machine leaking, so we called Miami appliances repair and…read morescheduled an appointment. 1) the technician arrived an hour late 2) he charged $50 for the diagnostic, but offered to reduce that amount from the final price for the repair. No matter how courteous the technician was, this was highly unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone.
