I first called another appliance company, who charged me for a brand new motor that didn't fix the problem, then went silent on my texts. I found Nonstop Appliance Repair online and Victor got back to me right away. He came out, immediately spotted the actual issue (which the other company missed entirely), ordered the part, and finished the job as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend Nonstop Appliance Repair! I'll be sending all my clients his way too.

We had an issue with the washing machine leaking, so we called Miami appliances repair and…read morescheduled an appointment. 1) the technician arrived an hour late 2) he charged $50 for the diagnostic, but offered to reduce that amount from the final price for the repair. He estimated around $260 for repairs, so we would ultimately pay $210 after the work is done. we agreed to the repairs, but he had to go buy an extra piece. We got a call from him an hour later, saying he would no longer be able to do the repair. 3) we basically paid him $50 to just look at our washing machine. No matter how courteous the technician was, this was highly unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone.

This time, though, they missed the mark. They charged me for a brand new motor, but it didn't fix the problem, and once it didn't work, they stopped responding to my texts entirely. I ended up finding someone else who diagnosed the actual issue right away and fixed it properly. I'm not writing this to knock Mike's, since they've done fine work for me in the past, but this experience was frustrating enough that I wanted future customers to know: if something doesn't get fixed right the first time, make sure you're getting real follow-up, not silence.

This washing machine did not want to fill with water. There was good water supply to the machine. Apparently, If you hold the start button and turn the knob counterclockwise for 7 clicks, the machine will enter diagnostic mode. Error codes are communicated through the lights on the machine. This is what they charged me 100 dollars for. This machine alerted to a faulty shifter motor or actuator as the problem. They quoted me 339 to replace it. I was ready to throw the machine but I am glad I did some research. The part was only 15 dollars and replacing it literally took me 10 minutes by undoing two screws in the bottom of the machine. I have no experience working on washing machines but I know a scam when I see one
