She only spent 12.5 min with us and had the indecency to showed us a gray and white vanity for a espresso color, in addition she asked me to take a pict of my plumbing so she can do the design based on my and she made it oppossottite ; I said " the wouldn't fit my plumbing and she replied aloof and grandeur attitude " oh well make the plumber change it" I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I started working with her over the phone, as I was living out of state at the time; she basically designed my concept while we were talking! Noemi is super professional and very experienced in design and project management. She is also very client focused and service oriented. The cabinets were done, delivered and installed on time. Stone International has an excellent team of installers, they came in and had the whole kitchen put together in a day. They came prepared with all the needed tools and parts. If I can give less than one star, I would. What awful service. I came into this business in person and spoke with an employee, Tania who helped me in deciding which countertops I wanted. I gave her the measurements and advised that I needed it done within the next 2 weeks. She said that was more than enough time. I gave my deposit, signed the paperwork the next day and was told someone would come to the property to take measurements. 1-2 days pass and I get no follow up call so I call her to ask when someone would come to take measurements. She first told me one day then "something happened" so she rescheduled for another day. Then "something else happened" another reschedule. We rescheduled 3 times just for someone to come out to confirm the measurements. Also, me consistently following up, calling. Not one call from her or the business to follow up with me, the customer. Someone finally came to do the measurements this week on Monday. Of course, I NEEDED to call Tania to confirm measurements were okay and to confirm this would be done by this week. We are now on Wednesday, 6/9. I called again and sure enough, the installer was "injured" and I cannot get my countertops installed by this week. I just cancelled my order and will be looking at businesses that have employees who actually work and provide a decent amount of customer service. What a frustrating experience. I ordered a new kitchen for my unit in Brickell. Materials are good, price is all right, and I like my new kitchen but the installers left a bunch of silly things unfinished, did not clean up after their work, and left saw dust in some of the rolling spice rack... Sloppy at best. I had a hard time getting anyone to come back to finish. They eventually sent someone who still left all the sawdust where it was. My contractor also had to reinstall a drawer that was not properly installed.... Too bad. I would recommend buying there and having it installed by someone else read more

I'm very pleased with the way my kitchen turned out! I'd dreamed of having a new kitchen for 31 years & can hardly believe it finally happened! I was a little stuck on the design since I was knocking down a wall to make room for a 68" Island for 3~ didn't want to change the footprint in order to minimize cost & wasn't sure where to relocate Pantry & Refrigerator. Their Designer, Naomi, came up with the perfect solution! It looks beautiful, has lots of storage space, my "pseudo" pantry works great, I added a coffee station which was a bonus I'd never thought of & my new Island is so perfect! The Installers for both the cabinets & the countertops are very professional & willing to go out of their way to please. We had several hiccups along the way but considering the circumstances with supply chain issues..in the end I'm very happy I chose Stone International! It's a dream to have my new kitchen! Although I love my kitchen & would definitely recommend this company there are a few details I am not happy with. I have two cabinets that can not be opened at the same time as they are to close to each other. My microwave is very high for me and it is very hard to take items in and out, even with a stool I can barely reach inside to clean it. But the worse is every time I open the right of my pantry door it rubs against my refrigerator and is making a mark on the door. I did call and they came back and fixed the door but it's happening again and honestly it is just to tight against my refrigerator. Overall my kitchen is beautiful!! read more

This company installed our cabinets and countertops and from the beginning we had problems. The measurements were taken incorrectly for the cabinets and we had to make changes that were only satisfactory to them. Second, we had our countertop crack which they replaced, but now the other counter is cracked and we are having a difficult time getting them to come back and fix that. It appears that now they have our money, they don't want to stand behind their product and take care of their Customers. We have reached out to them several times with no luck. I will revise this review if they fix the problem, otherwise beware of problems with this Company. read more

My experience with Stone International has been great! I bought quartz counters from them a week ago and they installed them this morning. We originally purchased quartz slabs from Pantai Granite, but as they were moving the slabs they broke them and did not have any left in stock. So, I got a refund and began looking for new counters. I found Stone International (SI) online and went to the Hialeah location. Wai Cheng showed me everything and explained the differences between types of stone. They have a great selection of cabinets and counters! I wish I had known about them before I ordered cabinets from Cabinets-to-Go. Stone Intl. makes their own cabinets and quartz, so their prices are better than most because they cut out the 'middle man'. Anyhow, they had several beautiful quartz slabs for me to choose from and I found one that I love! Anyhow, the service has been terrific!! Wai Cheng has been so professional and helpful and was able to get them installed within a week of us ordering then. Someone came out the next day to measure everything, and the price for materials, fabrication, and installation is very reasonable. A team of 3 guys came to install the counters and they were amazing. Very efficient and detail oriented. These are the people you want installing your counters! They knew what they were doing! We have a really old home with walls and floors that are not perfectly straight. They had the tools needed to tweak the cuts in the counters to make everything look right. I had a fantastic experience with Stone International. They did the cabinets and granite in my new house's kitchen and they turned out fantastic. No slam drawers, frosted glass, the measurements were perfect, the installation was square, they were fast, on time, got the job done even after we had to delay them two days because another contractor failed to complete his job on time. The granite was clean, no problems, installation was perfect, nice rounded edge, well hidden seams. They even cut the granite to my faucet when they arrived. They had sink options and supplied a nice double bowl sink with a clean undermount. I really can't think of how things could have gone better. read more

Called installer 11/23/18 verified that he was coming this morning 11/24/18. Does not answer then 30 min later answer and told me he does not have my counter top. But I removed my old sink and counter top on 11/23/18. Now have no kitchen ,all they had to do was tell me that were not ready yesterday And I would not have removed my sink. If you think you can't afford custom wood cabinets think again. I went in for a quote a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised. I now have my beautiful new kitchen installed!!! Erica was wonderful and gave me some great design ideas. All while keeping within my budget. After instillation they had to make a few adjustments. They promptly came out and did this. My experience with Stone International has been one of the worst I have ever had with any company!!!! I had gotten 3 other estimates for my custom kitchen and bathroom, and was going to go with a local company, but my contractor highly recommended this company because he had worked with them regularly, so we went with them. We agreed on a design and price with Erica, in Jan 2014. She told me it would take so many weeks and I agreed. Well, they kept extending the delivery date, so after 3 months without a kitchen and numerous visits to their office in Miami, my cabinets were finally delivered. The drawers , crown molding and fillers were missing, base supports and side panels were sized wrong, size of cabinet above the fridge was wrong due to designer mistake, some cabinets not completely stained and the Quartz counter top was stained and scratched and edging was not done properly. Come oooonnnn... After 3 months you couldn't get it right???? Numerous calls from the contractor and myself to the company, all ignored and not returned from Erica. A month later, some cabinet pieces came in. They sent someone to fix the edging and polish the countertop but was unable to get the scratch out. I started getting phone calls for the remaining balance due ... But, it is now May 2014 , 5 months later, and I still don't have my cabinet above the fridge and I'm living with a scratch on my countertop. They offered to give me 2% off on the Quartz...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? After spending over $20k on a kitchen and bathroom, they treat me like this??? I think my next step is Better Business Bureau (BBB)! I just want my kitchen complete already!!! BUYER BEWARE!! You have been warned! I have to say that the cabinets are nice but the service sucks!! read more

Do not deal with this place. They took my contractors money and gave him old cabinets that do not match the new inventory cabinets. They do not have the new hinges and are not the same color and the new inventory cabinets. They do not match. They have been very difficult to deal with trying to get this corrected. Awful installation. They didn't do any templating or checking for square/level during the trip to measure. The installer only brought a tape measure and couldn't understand what I was talking about with regards to scribing the wall. The quartz showed up and had 3/4" gap between the wall and countertop. When I said that was unacceptable, I was told that the wall was not straight and that was my problem..."go read your contract"! I provided my own sink and during the measuring I asked if the support rails were needed or if they had another method. Installer said they use clips and did not want the supports installed (something about interfering with the clips). After the install, I half jokingly asked if the sink would hold and he says they do not guarantee the install because I provided my own sink!!! Are you F'ing kidding me? He is the one who said not to install the rails! Stay away. read more
