I get up and notice that the silver leg that supports the sofa has folded backwards, onto itself. I'm a little over 150lbs, so there's no reason why this should have happened. Gosh, Ive contacted the company and will report back, when they reply. Wow, what a let down. *********I've ordered furniture from this company on three separate occasions, through an app called: Offer Up. The first thing that I ordered was a white sofa. They originally told me that it would arrive before 12pm, as I sleep during the day and work overnights. They showed up at 4pm. When the guy set up the sofa, his hands were filthy and I had to end up cleaning the dirty hand prints off of the sofa. Not too that big of a deal, because it's leather and it came off fairly easy. Just unprofessional. The second time that I placed an order, I ordered a bedroom set. Delivery time was horrible as well, but atleast I was off for the rest of the day. No big deal. After they left, I looked through the drawers and I saw that the legs to the nightstand and the dresser were inside. So I had to end up putting the legs on the items. While the putting my bed together, one of the young boys broke a small statue that I brought back from Nepal. A once in a lifetime trip. You can't put a price on something like that. He apologized, but how careless can people be? This is insane! So here we go again... I decide to purchase from them again, and the same garbage happens. I told them that I'll be home after 10am for delivery. In my head, I'm thinking that the store closes at about 5pm, so if they showed up before 5pm, it would be ok. 5pm comes and no sign of the furniture guy. I contact the office and instead of the lady contacting the driver, she tells me that she will give me the number so that I can call him. Who does that? If a customer calls and complains about a delivery issue, the office should be doing the legwork, not the customer. So I contact the driver and he says that he was told that I'll be home after 10am. I told him that I said that, but I didn't think it would be passed 5pm. That just seems a bit ridiculous. He gives me the window of 5p-7p I said ok. I told him that my little brother was waiting for me at the airport and I needed to go and pick him up. At 5:15pm the guy calls me and says he's on his way. At this point, I had already picked up my brother and was dropping him off. He then proceeds to ask me when will I be back. I said that I'm in south Miami, it's raining and traffic is bad. He said that he's already headed to my place. I said well let's push for 7pm. He says: you're my lady stop and that's the end of their day. I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. You gave me a window between 5-7p and that's what I'm sticking to. As I'm headed back home, I text to let him know that I'm headed back home. He tells me that he took another order, just to give me a little more time. And he said that he will call me when he's on the way. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with and I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing from these people, unless you want to be toyed with. The furniture is great, but the delivery experience ruins it all. After i called to complain, all they did was say sorry. She offered $50 off of my next order. NO THANK YOU!! Perhaps they can use that $50 for customer service classes. ***New*** If you read the AMAZING reviews that followed mine. Notice how there were "0" reviews before, but after I alerted the company of my review, they created FAKE ACCOUNTS and all posted on 6.13.19 Funny how that happens. Just shows you how amateur these people are. Instead of trying to make it right with me, they push to promote their short comings, with faked "excellent" reviews.

Fast forward a year later and we were moving to a bigger unit in Broward County so we needed a new couch. After scouting the area we decided to go back to Modo as we didn't find anything that we liked. We bought our couch there which was supposed to be 100% leather. 18 months after we purchased the couch the leather started peeling and the couch was falling apart. We contacted Modo and they said they couldn't do anything as the warranty's period was over. We had bought 4 pieces of furniture and they couldn't help us? We were one of their first customers when they started. The owner kept saying this had never happened and probably was our care or treatment. We work all day, have no kids or pets. We only use the couch couple of hours every night and during the weekend, makes no sense. I even bought the cleaner and leather protector that he suggested and used it every other week, so we took good care of it. He suggested that a guy he knew who could repair it for $800, with that money we're going to get a new couch. They have good looking furniture but refused to help good and loyal customers, very unfortunate.
