Kitchen installation a nightmare! Designer measured our island incorrectly and needed to be redone. More delays and they made us pay for it because we signed off on order. Tiles were laid out fine but the tiles them selves started to chip and nick on edges, middle, etc. They are high price and low quality (or they improperly advised). We went in here on the weekend to ask about building a marble table. Well they don't sell marble, and the sales women that we dealt with gave us 1,000,001 reasons why you should never have marble as a table top! I guess I should not be surprised at that considering they want to push their porcelain. They actually have some nice sheets of porcelain that they can cut and make into a table top for you and the sales person took our measurements and said they would get back to us within a week with an estimate. Surprisingly, they said they do not sell any base for the table that we wanted to create, and also could not recommend any vendor that could supply the base. Oh well. read more

Pretty display of tiles, products and other materials, some designs quite pleasing BUT the worst customer service in Miami I visited the Doral showroom with our out of town designer, architectural drawings at hand ready to make selections for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen but the 2 sales women were too busy chatting and laughing to spend any time helping us. At no time they came over to offer help. We had to seek them out, answered a couple of questions and promptly went back to their "important chat". Totally unprofessional, embarrassingly loud. I don't know how these people get compensated but however they do they did not earn their salary and the company lost thousands of $ in sales. I LOVE my vanity that I bought for my spare bathroom back in 2014. I loved the small 12 inch X 36 inch mirror that had their name on it which was a $343.20 mirror that is just that. A mirror, no lights, no medicine cabinet. Just the mirror. I loved my vanity so much that we just purchased 2 new vanities, 2 new mirrors, 2 sink tops, a tower and a toilet for our master bath. Now here we are in 2018 and the mirror is getting black on the corners almost looks like its peeling. I was told via a glass maker and google this can be from moisture , oils etc. However the spare bath has no shower and no reason to touch mirror as not a medicine cabinet. I contaced them and Ana told me that the mirror only has a 2 year warranty and they can give me 25% off if I wanted to buy a new one. Now why would I want to spend $264 plus tax for such a small mirror that started peeling on the edges after 4 years. I hope that I do not have any issues with my new mirrors bought this year, but I will not be using them for my 3rd and 4th bathroom remodel nor will I use them for my kitchen remodel. read more

Poor customer service. I bought a swivel mirror at the Pompano showroom. I had to pick up the item at the Miami warehouse. I made an appointment with the saleswoman for me to pick up the mirror in Miami as they wouldn't allow me to pick up in Pompano. I drove the hour to Miami and was told I had to wait a half hour to get the item. After 45 minutes I asked to see the manager, but was told to find him in the warehouse. 70 minutes after arrival, they brought out my mirror. I called the Pompano Saleswoman and left her a polite, if exasperated voicemail. She didn't even bother to call me back which is the main reason for this poor review. Also, just buying the mirror was a hassle in that their computer system was down for days and they couldn't process the order. Nice products, poor customer service. read more

Very upset with their return policy. We placed an order of approximately $4,000+ and they refused to accept the return of 1box which cost about $400 and we couldn't use it because the tile was 23 1/3" x 23 1/2" not 24x24 as stated on website and it did not cover the 24" space as needed. Only because the carton had been opened and retaped they refused to give us a refund even though the tile was intact we only opened the box and took 1 tile to measure it and put it back in when the size was incorrect read more

What a disappointment, I went with great enthusiasm to Porcelanosa de el Doral, I have known the brand for 20 years since when we lived in Spain I had a beautiful Porcelanosa kitchen, floors etc. on this occasion living in Miami and buying a new house I wanted to return to Porcelanosa, I will summarize it for you like this: the lady at the entrance reception, the only professional gesture she had was to offer us a coffee, which we gladly accepted because my husband and I were planning to ask for a budget for the project of my entire house, I sat at her desk to show me what the 3 D architect and decorator has prepared and she showed me a little book for me to look at and she started writing on the computer! It seems like she didn't see sales potential, I imagine, it's the only explanation I can give for her bad manners. But how wrong because I have a whole house to do! I hope that the manager of this location reads my review and realizes how they are serving clients, nothing to do with the standards of a company like Porcelanosa. I never posted reviews but I have to admit that it hurt me and my husband because I went to buy , to see materials, to make decisions for my house anyway, no words. read more

Trendy tiles OK prices The way that they display their tiles is very creative as usual tile stores just kind of throw something together or just display the individual tiles separately. Not at Porcelanosa. They creative visual displays to show how you can combine tiles with various other ones. My only concern was on their website, they had this GORGEOUS photo of a bathroom. I told my fiance, I'm like "we are doing EXACTLY this photo". So I go in with the photo and they're like "we don't carry that one tile, only this one" and it was NOTHING like it looked in the photo. It was quite misleading and how do you not carry a tile that you have in a photo on your website? We got kind of agitated and left. We went down the street and found tiles for about the same price (just slightly cheaper) but there was much more of a selection and no misleading displays. read more

My wife and I needed many items for our home renovation. Anticipating the shortages, we purchased all of our items well before they were needed. Both of our sales people, Surita Wynn and Ana Blandino were knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. Later when we realized that we were short on some products and had purchased more than we needed on others, Surita distinguished herself by dealing with our little problems patiently and timely while she had so much going on with other customers. You buy something thinking it's "apples" and when you get home, turns out they sold you "oranges" instead. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Spent almost $6,000 on new bathroom vanities, mirrors, toilets, etc. only to be told by my plumber that the traps for the sinks weren't up to code. Oh and they also gave away the base of one of my vanities to another customer. Put my renovations days behind with delivery promise dates and never showed up. No apologies. Not even an adjustment to the bill. Good quality materials but terrible customer service. Would not buy here again due to aggravation and generally rude customer "service". I wanted again a specific tile , Porecelanosa had the tile I was looking for, the Oxford blanco plank tileis what I chose. It is drop dead gorgeous it is art on the floor. When I saw George Clooney advertising this in LUXE magazine, I knew I had to have this some day. Surita the salesperson was friendly and had a wealth of knowledge that made the process easy. Note,Surita also helped me the first time Sooh I know that the process was going to be a pleasure. Surita was available for questions and when she was busy she responded to me on a timely fashion.
