Horrible cistumer service! I went to buy something and saw that Christmas lights were advertised at 50% off, 3 signs were big and clear displayed in front of the shelves. I picked 3 sets and when I went to pay... they did not ring up at the 50% off, nobody knew what to answer and the manager Robert said that they were in the wrong place... he did not care that I said it was false advertising , I tried to show him that everything g was in correct place with description on ticket prices. Stopped by this Ace Hardware in Doral since it was the closest tool shop near me. The size of this store and it's relative location to me at the time made it convenient to shop here. This place is also very clean, organized, and well-stocked. I've been here a few times and, in my experience, customer service is good. The employees assist customers with finding items they are looking for and answer any questions. This time, I was shopping for a basic tool. But, in the end, I could not convince myself to pay more than $20 for it. And that's the main problem that I have with most Ace Hardware stores.. paying too high of a price for convenience. read more

HAHA Finally I don't have to go to Home Cheapo where the parking is good and the service only OK. Except for the one in Hialeah, surprisingly amazing. But I digress Now we have a great Ace Hardware in this little shopping mall in Doral and it alleviates the need for a place one can run to for any hardware need. Its surprisingly big, you can't tell from the outside - I expected a teeny tiny place but no this is quite large. Selection good (so, not gargantuan like H.D.) prices are good and you can get just about anything you need for your Honey Do list. I had questions and I got knowledgeable answers. Am I the only lady who likes tools? And by 'tool' I don't mean the Pitbull wannabe dudes that abound in Miami - I mean TOOLS. There is something so powerful about being able to fix your own stuff. Last week I changed the breaklights and headlight on one of our cars, this week I have some home projects. Sweet! read more

I was very pleasantly surprised by this store. Front the outside, you may think that it is smaller and less stocked than what it really is. This place has everything you may need to complete those weekend projects. Home depot is a bit far and inconvenient for me, so whenever I find myself in need of specific tools or materials in the middle of a project, it is good to know that I don't have to take the trek all the way down to the home improvement store. Very Rude employee!!! Today, my wife (75 years) and I (78 years), visited this store, for locking something specific. We ask one of your employees for help, and he doesn't understand my not - so - perfect English, turned around and left me there, with the word in my mouth, like an idiot. Tried to return a Black & Decker drill from the Ace in Doral Florida. I bought it just over a month ago but it was so weak it wasn't able to do the job . Had to go buy another one from Home Depot because Ace was already closed for the evening. Tried to return it but the manager said in a very curt tone "no it was used and after 30 days". I do try to support small stores like Ace but when I get that kind of service and not even offering me a store credit then I simply take my business elsewhere. Oh- And I left the piece of crap drill on the counter - really had no use for it. Tried to make a point it was trash but I really doubt he cared one way or another. Lowes and Home Depot aren't known for customer service but at least they don't give you grief over retuning something. So basically Ace has the worst return policy in the home improvement business. So great to have a hardware store so close, before i had to go all the way to the home depot, and some times i just don't feel like driving 20 min to buy a nail. Local hardware store in Doral that's very convenient. I went there to look for light bulbs and shelf supports for my bookcase. Even though the store is small, they had what I needed and that's what I care about. Also, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. The most important part is that they are knowledgeable since I know absolutely nothing about these things. Yes, I am 23 years old and changed a light bulb for the first time, thanks to them haha. :) I've only had pleasant experiences so if you need something for your home in a pinch, I'd go here if you're nearby. read more

This business is stealing from the consumer, they have a price on the shelf and when you go to pay at the checkout it has a higher price, if you don't check it they scam you. It happened in 2 consecutive days, one day I bought an item that marked $ 9.99 and in the shelf when I go to pay in the checkout was $ 14.99, I claimed and the manager fixed it, the next day I took an article that marked $ 8.99 in the shelf and when I go to pay in the checkout was a higher price, I claim againt and this time the manager answered me that the price was the one marked in the cashier and it did not matter what price was on the shelf. She was very rude and she told me that if you wanted the product I has pay the higer price and if not that would not buy it. They are scammers and do not know how to treat customers. read more
