Today and last week again I received exceptional service. Usually you go in, get your paint and the service is as dry as the paint after a few days. But the employees followed all Covid protocols and were extremely helpful. But I must say Richard is a true gem. He went well out if his to explain all the options available for my new driveway. He was patient and I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Richard thank you very much for your time and representing your company well. Why didn't I check yelp before I went to this store? I went for paint samples and got the wrong colors. I returned with the samples and the man who helped me used the same paint that I came to return not from brand new base paint. When I asked to confirm that I'm getting the correct colors this time he gave me an attitude. I don't know why I just didn't get my money back all together but I just wanted to leave since I had been waiting there for over 20 minutes just to be helped. The other people waiting ahead of me in line say it's always the same, long lines and long wait time at this store and only one person out on the front of the store to help while other people are in the back doing who knows what. This is the last time I go to that store and by the way, why are the samples so big and so expensive?! Came in early and they kept skipping customers in line to help contractors. They had 4 people helping one contractor at a time and the line growing with no one available to assist. So much for higher customer service. Will be avoiding this location going forward. read more

I use Sherwin Williams because the paint quality is great and I don't have to wait like at the big hardware stores. I usually go to another location however I was out and about and stopped at this location because it was more convenient. Big mistake !!! I walked in and there was only two other customers in the store. One customer was just looking at paint samples and the other was waiting on his paint which was being mixed. I already had the color sample I needed so I walked up to the register immediately. There was two employees and neither one asked if they can help me. I stood there for 15 minutes while they walked in and out of the back area. If they were busy they could have at least said hello and asked me to wait a few minutes. After 20 minutes one of them finally walked over and asked me what I needed. By this time I was already upset. I needed a gallon of paint and it took them another 48 minutes. While this unnecessary wait I was speaking with a contractor who said he usually goes to another location as well and it's the last time he comes to this location. This was a huge fail I will never again go to this location. Spending an hour to get a gallon of paint mixed at a store with no customers at the moment is ridiculous. read more

This Sherwin Williams is horrible!! I'm surprised the company lets them stay open. We've been to several and this one is by far the worst. All the displays are covered in a thick layer of dust. The store is filthy. Several of the colors we were looking for, we couldn't get a paper chip sample of, because the rack was empty. There were at least 10 shade samples paper swatches missing. The other locations I've been to, have never had an empty chip spot. Then we went to the counter to get small paint samples to put on our walls so we could finalize which colors we like best before buying gallons. The worker told us that they ran out of white paint sample bases so they couldn't do any light color samples. We were looking to get light grays and blue shades. We just turned around and left. Even if you are closer to this store. Don't waste your time!! Drive to another store. This store is so disorganized, dirty, and runs out of everything. Last week we visited a different location and it was clean, they were not missing anything and were able to give us samples. Don't waste your time here! read more
