I brought a sample of my wood floor and he spent a nice amount of thought & time selecting colors as well as complimentary colors in the event of an accent wall. I mean he really spent time helping me! He had a book open, was searching through samples and opening up those lower drawers to find colors that must have been out near the paper swatches. I really appreciated it! His employee was nice, too. He assisted me with the coffee machine & made polite conversation. The whole store had a nice vibe. Sitting area if you needed to look through sample books, & plenty of counter space to put your items from home! Definitely ask for help if you need it they really care! The driver got out, saw the damage, and told us "don't worry, we have insurance. I'll call the owner." He called, made us sign a paper "for receiving the rocks," and left. We called the next day. No answer. Day after that, nothing. My husband went to the store and they said the paper we signed waived them from ANY accident or damage to our property. They refuse to take responsibility. They even took the rock that hit the car -- looks like they tried to remove evidence. Luckily we have cameras and sent all footage to our car insurance, since their driver caused the damage while operating their truck. Unprofessional, dishonest, and shady business practices.
