As a recent customer, I had a satisfying experience with my purchases. We ordered a couple of bathroom vanities, which were custom made to our precise specifications. Even though I had to wait an extra few hours for the delivery, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended making an additional purchase of quality baseboards for the whole house, which were given at a discounted price and delivered the next day as promised, and free of delivery charge as a complimentary benefit for the little delay. We are extremely happy with our vanities (pics of one of them below) and very thankful with Yana, Carlos and Lissandro for their service, attention to details, professionalism and warmth. So for your next project, big or small, give them a chance! You won't be dissapointed. read more

Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place nor the people to anyone. I ordered a bathroom cabinet with counter top, sink and faucet. They were two weeks late to finish and they stood me up on the scheduled delivery date. To top it off they gave ME attitude. I am also not happy, at all, with the end result. The drawers and doors are not aligned. It was a sloppy and lousy job. read more

The delivery took forever and once I finally it was the wrong order. When I finally product it didn't work, now they don't want to change it. This is horrible customer service. My product came defective and now they don't want to exchange it. read more

I went there today with my husband to purchase a vanity for our bathroom. While there, the woman helped us with a vanity and a toilet. While consulting with a friend and my husband over the material of the vanity versus one we saw in Home Depot, the other employee took our contact information for her order. We decided to go see the vanity at Home Depot to compare prices and told the employees we would be back. While at Home Depot, I received a call from the employee accusing me of bad mouthing the products and materials when my husband and I were simply comparing products. I find it disrespectful and downright insulting that they would listen in on a personal conversation between my husband and I. Adding onto this the fact that they used my personal information to call and berate me over MY opinion, test assured I will certainly not be going back. That is no way to treat a paying client. My advice to this establishment is to mind your business, respect your clients, and remain professional. read more

Let me start off by saying that this company has the best customer service in Miami, They took the time to explain and draw my Vanity but they also build it just like I wanted it, using higher quality materials like acrylic top and real wood that will last for years.My bathroom looks amazing!! I am delighted to say that the staff at Eco Lumber are wonderful!!! My vanity and side storage cabinet are espectacular...outnumbered my expectations. Product was delivered before deadline as I had an urgency and they took that into consideration. Every time I called I was updated with the progress.
