Maybe because there aren't plenty customers at the same time. We did purchase something. The staff was nice. They offered us water and Cuban coffee. I told him that we need champagne for these prices. Lol! I hate that I cant remember the name of the man who helped us. I took away one star because I think it took too long for someone to ask if we needed help.

It also says CALL AHEAD for a seamless visit. Not sure what that means BUT you won't know to call ahead if you've never been here before! Finding that out after already driving to the location is triggering to say the least! I find this very unprofessional for a business to have hours listed that don't hold true.

I was pleasantly greeted by Nadine (Nadene?). She was very kind and helped me with sampling different perfumes. The store was set up so nicely. They have candles, perfumes, diffusers and beauty products. I was able to get a few samples and learn more about diptyque. I was told that was diptyque location has a candle that is unique to the city/location it is in. This location sells a Miami candle that is only sold at this location and it's scent is unique to Miami.
