Had the communication been clear and consistent, I may very well have completed the purchase. I have been shopping at HomeSense and appreciate the unique items the store carries, which is why it was especially disappointing to walk away from an $800 sale over what ultimately felt like a customer-service and communication issue. I would appreciate having this experience reviewed, particularly the inconsistent information provided by management and the way the situation was handled. My hope is that this can be addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience.

They had rows of different kinds of fabric. We found a row that had duck cloth, which we read about after we got home, that can be used for upholstery. The girl that came to help us was very nice. She was the same girl I found in another part of the store and asked if they had fabric. I truly look forward to working with her again for my future home furnishing needs. I've visited this location several times just to browse, and it continues to impress. I used to be a regular at their South Miami store before it relocated here, so I was excited to see the new space--and it definitely delivers. They offer a wide selection of beautiful furniture, more than I could count, and many pieces are priced in line with what you'd expect from an outlet. I've noticed some reviews mentioning higher prices, but it's important to keep expectations realistic--this is RH, not a furniture liquidator. While you can find great deals, some items will naturally still be on the higher end given the brand and quality. Overall, it's a great place to explore if you appreciate well-designed, high-quality furniture and are willing to invest in certain pieces.

You know that feeling when you could swear you already wrote a review for a place, only to realize…read moreyou never actually did? That was me recently with Old Time Pottery. I could have sworn I had already shared the gem that is this amazing store. I've been coming here for years to find inexpensive yard and holiday decorations, home décor, and all those little things that can make a house feel more like home. Old Time Pottery was founded in 1986 by Jack Peterson in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The store originally focused on pottery, but eventually expanded its selection to include a wide variety of home décor, furniture, and other merchandise. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2009 and again in 2020. In April 2023, Old Time Pottery was acquired by Gabe's, an off-price retailer headquartered in Morgantown, West Virginia. The acquisition included 30 Old Time Pottery stores across 11 states. The merger expanded the selection available to shoppers, and today the combined company operates more than 166 Gabe's and Old Time Pottery locations across 20 states. If you're planning to shop at Old Time Pottery, bring your comfy walking shoes because this place is HUGE! There is so much to look through, from seasonal and holiday décor to home goods, furniture, linens, florals, pet items, clothing, accessories, and plenty more. It's the kind of store where you can go in looking for one thing and easily leave with several others you didn't know you needed. On my latest visit, I was shopping for a few finishing touches for a bathroom remodel. One of the things I love about Old Time Pottery is that the prices are already affordable, and many items have additional discounts. There's also a clearance section in the back that is worth checking out. No matter what your decorating style or budget they have something for you here. I always enjoy browsing because you never know what you're going to discover. And if you work up an appetite while shopping and need a snack afterward, there's a Krispy Kreme in the same plaza. You're welcome.

We were drawn to the nicely lite large windows off the road. My friend is a designer and we were both intrigued. So we decided to make a quick stop to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The space, the furniture, the greenery. The design consultant who greeted us and was such a pleasure to interact with, Johnny, gave us a tour of the space while he filled us in on the details of the store. The story is originally from Naples, and they recently expanded to open their first showroom on the east coast. So happy they ventured close to us! To my surprise I was informed that they focused on high-end outdoor furniture. In my life have I ever seen such beautiful patio furniture. He explained that they carried some of the best brands from Brown Jordan to Tuucci umbrellas to Vondom, and a few interior design companies that are now doing outdoor like Palechek and Bernhardt. Also, I happy to learn of a company called Pollywood that specialize in patio furniture made of 100% recycled milk jugs. Imagine yourself at home on your deck, backyard, poolside, or high rise balcony with beautiful outdoor furniture! What an awesome way to create a gorgeous outdoor space! What beautiful memories you can create with your friends and families with an awesome outdoor sanctuary! If you are in the market for outdoor patio furniture or even interior decor pieces (their artificial plants are amazing too!). KB Patio & Home Decor is an ABSOLUTE MUST!!
