It was so easy to do. Unfortunately, I put this off to get fixed for a very long time and didn't realize how easy this was. It's so nice to have a working outside outlet again. Troy was very reliable, professional and did excellent work. It was so easy to communicate through text or calling. He was extremely responsive. Troy was also very flexible with my schedule and was prompt. The job was completed quickly and by the exact price that was quoted with no unexpected charges. The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.

I told him we were getting 2 estimates before getting the work completed. As it turned out we used another electrician - which I informed him of via email/phone/test. Today out of the blue I received a text and an email with an invoice due for $49.00. I questioned this since the company's website states free estimates. I was informed that due to the fact that we did not use Electric Co Solutions they in turn charged us a travel fee to get reimbursed for the fee that businesses pay Yelp for the exposure to the public.
