I wanted my living room to feel open and spacious. She helped me place my mirrors and furniture - now it makes the most sense! I have 2 couches but the living room still feels so open!! I wasn't sure what to do with a dark accent wall in the bedroom - but she helped me to see how cool it can really look and how to add pieces to bring light to the bedroom! I appreciate that she definitely has good taste and style of her own- but she was able to detect my personal style and help me fulfill what I imagined. All that and what a bargain hunter! She was upbeat and excited to do the work, and her knowledge and passion really shined through. Jessica made interior design a lot more approachable and it helped me realize that it's not just for people looking to completely redo an entire house, but can even help with small things like deciding where in the room to put a piece of furniture, what colors to choose based on the type of light that comes in, and more. I feel empowered and excited to make the changes we discussed to my space!

Based on this assessment, we authorized the purchase of a custom-made blind. However, when a second blind also stopped working, we contacted a second technician who confirmed that the issue was simply a matter of battery charging -- no replacement was necessary. The custom product was never delivered or installed at our residence, yet Palace Interior refuses to issue a refund, citing a "final sale" policy. We believe this policy cannot be applied when the purchase was made based on a faulty and misleading professional diagnosis. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOK!!!!! I traveled all the way from Los Angeles to Florida…read moreto buy a buffet from him since I saw so many beautiful pictures of Davids restoration work on 1st Dibs. My husband and I went to David's warehouse and picked out a buffet that needed restoration. We had talked about the type of finish I would like, and I insisted that I love the Art Deco ultra shiny finishes. My husband agreed that I would not be happy unless I got exactly what I wanted and we negotiated for the buffet and his restoration with the shiny finish. He wrote up the invoice and assured us that we would love the outcome of his work. Shortly after, he texted me a picture of what my buffet would look like once he has re-finished it. It looked like the Art Deco look I love so much. I made the mistake of paying this thief by check, so I put my faith in his hands. Fast forward two months, and I have not heard anything about our buffet. I reached out to him, and he kept saying he is working on re-finishing it. Finally, 3 1/2 months later, he says the buffet is ready to be shipped. I asked for a picture of the final result before it was shipped, and of course he sent me nothing. Finally, the buffet arrives at my house, and it looks exactly like the condition I saw at the warehouse. Maybe worse. The buffet has scuffs all over it, and is dull looking. I text David and say that the buffet is not what I ordered. He said that I wanted it finished in a semi-gloss, not high gloss finish, even though he sent me a picture of a similar buffet with a high gloss finish. I told him that I was very disappointed and he did not want to remedy the mistake he made. I sent him pictures of the defective furniture he sent me, and he dismissed me. My husband threatened to sue him and still no response. Beware of this man and NEVER buy anything from hm, unless you want to be ripped off.
