They sent who I assume was the receptionist as a "tech" to reprogram. Took 10mins to reprogram getting step-by-step instructions from someone else on the phone and then charged $200 (which was then reduced to $185) for the service. 3 weeks later the blinds stopped working and Erick said it would cost over $1,200 to fix, which I agreed to and he still did not show. After repeated unanswered calls to try and pay the cost upfront (cash as they claim to not accept credit cards), I began to shop around and spoke with BRICKELL BLINDS who charged half the price, came out to confirm the job on the same day and replaced the motor days later.

I would later learn that what they say they will do...they do. I remember I needed my blinds delivered and installed by a certain date and they made sure it happened. The quality of their product was easy to see as well. You can tell this wasn't an Asia made blind. The installers attention to detail was second to none. All of this at what seemed to me like a very reasonable price. I'd be a fool to not do business with them again.

A while after placing the order, I followed up and learn they can't deliver on the linen drapes and without consulting me just picked an alternative fabric and made the drapes. No communication to see if I approved. I gave in. It was post Covid. Supply chains and all that. I gave them a second chance. I ordered drapes elsewhere in the house and Roman shades. Lo and behold, a month later, I follow up, and she couldn't remember the colors or the fabric we had selected for the different rooms. I had to remind her what we had picked even though she had written it down. Ok. Install day finally comes, and the Roman shades I had picked were supposed to be cordless. The guy arrived and installed Roman shades with a cord. I followed up with her and she told me it wasn't possible to deliver on the cordless option so she made them corded. Then she tells me there is a new after market motorized option and she will get me the info so I can pay more for this option. So in essence I paid cordless shade pricing but got Roman shades with cords. And to get motorized option, I had to pay even more even through she did not consult with me and delivered whatever she wanted. Ok. So, I followed up regarding the aftermarket motorized option several times and never received a response. So now, a year later, I am still stuck with the corded Roman shades that are difficult to open and close because they are quite wide and large. Super nice to your face and apologetic but VERY disorganized and will make decisions that cost you money without telling you until install day. When Nelson came to our house, he was able to present all the products (and colors and fabrics/materials and options) in a clear and understandable manner. He was able to help us visualize different options up against our windows and walls. Once he took all the measurements (and even showed us how some of our windows were not square - but he had no worries as he had plenty of experience with it) and we decided what we wanted, he was able to give us a written estimate on the spot. From order to installation was less than two weeks! That is an amazing turn around time, especially in today's world of international supply shortages/delays.
