From the very first phone call, JC was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled a free in-home consultation within a couple of days, and the consultant arrived right on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered fantastic suggestions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He took precise measurements and helped me choose the perfect style, color, and finish that complements my décor perfectly. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on the exact day promised, laid down drop cloths to protect my floors, and worked efficiently and neatly. The shutters were custom-made and fit every window like a glove--no gaps, no adjustments needed. The quality is outstanding: solid hardwood, smooth operation, and that classic, elegant look that instantly elevated the whole house. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They even adjusted the tilt rods exactly how I wanted them and made sure I knew how to clean and maintain everything properly. The pricing was fair and transparent--no hidden fees or surprises on the final bill. Honestly, it felt like a premium service at a very reasonable cost. I've already get compliments from everyone who visits, and the difference in light control, privacy, and insulation is night and day. I recommend Elite Decor to anyone looking for plantation shutters (or any window treatments, really). They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're on the fence, go with them--you'll be as delighted as I am! Thank you for transforming my home!

Upon arrival I was a bit put off by the setting but any doubts I had in the beginning were immediately flushed away when I began talking to Israel. He is the owner of this fine small business and is a very skilled and well versed individual on the topic of blinds. This man helped me decide which material, color, and mechanism would work best for my house. I wanted my house to be equipped with blinds that gave a very open and welcoming vibe and am glad to say that I got just that. The job was completed on a precise time frame and I received top quality work. I recommend this personalized option over any whole sale purchase due to the fact that the service received was focused and personalized to my needs. Israel made sure that all my requests were met. When the time came to install the blinds, I was surprised to see that they had been created to fit my window down to the last millimeter. The blinds fit seamlessly into their frame. Israel was kind enough to give our family detailed instructions on how to correctly maneuver these blinds and how to properly take care of them. I highly doubt that the kind service we received could be topped by any other blind company. I recommend that regardless of what your first impression might be, trust that Blinds of America in the humble city of Hialeah, will surpass any expectations you might have for your blind making needs.
