Wide range of prices and products.. but over-priced. You can find the items for less elsewhere.. the good news is that you can probably get it quicker from Farrey's because they keep a lot in-stock in a warehouse in Miami. The bad news? Customer service... I expected better service. I walked around for 30 minutes before anyone even said hi. It didn't really seem like anyone wanted my business, even when I wanted to purchase items.. so I ended up buying a lot of the same items I found there, but for cheaper elsewhere. read more

I've been in and out of Farrey's a few times over the years and have found some amazing lighting upgrades for our house. The staff I've encountered have always been friendly and helpful when I've been there in person. Most recently, I needed two halogen lights to replace old rusted out ones (thank you Miami salt air!) in the master bath and decided to work with Farrey's by distance versus driving 45 minutes over to to the showroom. Paige Farrey answered my email shortly after I sent my inquiry. He was super helpful, quickly found a solution, followed up!, and ultimately even had a referral to get a competent installer. Over the years, Farrey's has always been my and my wife's go-to when we decided we just needed to change or renovate something in our house. Thry have an amazing selection of lights, sinks, door hardware, toilets, fixtures, and related stuff. I know our current salesperson Emilio loves it when we show up because we usually talk ourselves into buying more things. We're in the middle of a home renovation project now, and Farrey's has quality choices at surprisingly good prices. We've tried to find better prices on some of the pricier items, and every time have realized that we're getting a great deal from Ferry's. And, they are knowledgeable, and happy to research unusual requests. read more

I would just like to put things clear this store and the employees are amazing the selection and products are not that modern like the North Miami store but i always end up coming here just because of the service they provide and their treatment with my husband and I. I have been to the North Miami store and its nicer but it doesn't feel the same unfortunately. I would recommend updating the Coconut Grove location and adding at least some of the stuff they have in North Miami and it would be perfect. read more

I have been going to this store for many years- for three different homes! I have gone to look for one thing and left with something else- they have an enormous inventory and can special order anything. I have always experienced excellent service and everyone appears to love working here and they love helping people. You can find inexpensive things and items that cost more than a luxury car! If they don't have it or can't order it for you they always tell you where you can find it. I have been there to buy mostly lighting fixtures but have returned and purchased bulbs, a sink & home decor. read more

A repeat customer of Farreys Lighting & Bath, we visited their Coconut Grove Showroom. We needed to purchase 35 gold color knobs for a kitchen we were working on in Boston. We spoke to salesmen Emilio Lopez, who placed the order. We asked for fast air delivery, which we would gladly pay for. We placed the order that day 2/20/20. Hi told us within 5-7 days we will receive our order at our Air cost. On the Feb 27 we were told they were not to sure what happened to our order. We spoke to their manager Jose. We also received a extremely RUDE message from Emilio Lopez, and Jose was sent that message. He was shocked, and told me he will take care of it with his manager. We tracked the package on 3/3/20 it finally was received by the store. No call! Jose called me the day after and said that it was signed for but not recieved because they donot count each package. Total Lie. He sent a driver over that morning who had a hard time finding my building which is the home of over 155 condos. A internal problem is going on here for sure. We are Through with Farreys Forever !! 4 Mar.20 UPDATE: Bob Paulson senior mgr of all Farrey's stores contacted us and within 1 hour he made us once again Farrey's customers. NO STARS, if it were possible. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! i have yet to meet a worse showroom attendant. She insisted I was not going to find a specific finish in faucets although I knew that at least 3 out of over 20 lines of bath fixtures they represent do manufacture the color I am searching for. Also she reminded me numerous times that my choices were too expensive!!! As if something about me told her I could not afford it! To top it off, she suggested I went online, did my research, sent her pictures of those items I liked and emailed that along with my contact info after handing me her card, in other words, she wanted me to do her job. That's when I finally learned her name since she never even introduced herself. Thanks, Soraya. Farrey's needs to be a lot more selective and at least teach their employees some basic manners. Discovered Farrey's while driving by enroute to a client mtg in Miami Beach and decided to stop on the way back if time permitted. Danielly Andrade assisted us even though we were clear we were browsing and lived far away, so we probably wouldn't be a big sales prospect that day. Two months later, we ended up ordering 15 fixtures through Danielly, which worked out great as a friend happened to be driving up to Orlando from Miami and could pick them up for us. The service was great, she was very patient with me through a series of changes and handling everything by phone. Highly recommend. read more

Extremely overpriced! I ordered 400 lamps and was charged 40% more than in another local store, for the exact same lamps. When I discovered it I was told that I had ordered it and I had accepted their prices. Very poor service. I was misinformed and lied to in order to be convinced to accept certain products.
