It wasn't until 2 foiled attempts to buy a vanity, sink and faucet online that my search for this slick looking Kohler piece led me to Ferguson. Located across the street from Merrick Park, and looking glam as ever, I feared the worst in prices. After all, this showroom seemed to cater to the Coral Gables well-heeled sect. You can imagine my surprise when I found the Kohler vanity I'd been trying to buy online for over $100 under the best deal I'd seen. On the spot, I put in the order for the vanity and sink and added a faucet for good measure. A few days later, it was ready for pick up at the Ferguson Flager location. If you're in the market for bathroom fixtures, make sure to give these folks a visit. Sinks, tubs, vanities, hardware, shower heads, faucets, lighting and more, they've likely got you covered.

I walk over there and he actually shows up. He then gets in his in-house walkie talkie and asks where it is. Then this obnoxious man walks over and says that they're out of stock. I tell him my wife called and was told it's here and I drove all the way there. This is when it took a turn for the worst. He then started telling me that she didn't call this store and after going back and forth of him telling me that she called a different store and they aren't an Ace Store. He then under his breath said she was lying. I then walked towards the front of store and called her and asked for the number she called. When I read the number out loud all their faces changed demeanor instantly. He then looked on the phone call log and asked me for her number and once I said that he asked the young woman at cash register who answered call and she said she did and told my wife it was in stock. She then apologized but the one accusing my wife of lying and calling a different store turned and walked away without even as much as an apology. We will never shop there again and will make sure every employee of ours never shops there again and anyone else we can share this disgusting behavior with and how on July 4th and in the middle of a Sunday drove there to not only find it not there but be insulted at the same time.

(Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.
