Well because I'm looking for a standard breakfast restaurant experience which Pegah's delivers on. No frills, not overpriced, not trendy, just delicious. I noticed some reviews said the parking lot is small but TIP there is actually parking on both sides of the restaurant. You can easily park your vehicle here. Parking should never be an issue. On to the food! Pegah's Kitchen serves up biscuits and gravy that are simply heavenly. The biscuits are light, fluffy, and perfectly baked, while the gravy is rich, savory, and packed with flavor. And here's the best part: if you're a fan of extra gravy, they are more than happy to bring you more! The staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate your preferences make the experience even more enjoyable. The gravy is the star of the restaurant! We also love the country skillet because it's a skillet doused in gravy! Yum! They have several Benedict options that are a must-try. My favorites are the traditional and the country Benedict just depends on my mood. The traditional Benedict features expertly poached eggs, velvety hollandaise sauce, and Canadian bacon atop a beautifully toasted muffin. I ask for extra hollandaise sauce, it's just that good! If you're looking for a twist, the country Benedict with the delectable country-style gravy will satisfy your taste buds. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors that will leave you craving more. They have drip coffee and free refills. Best part for me is the French vanilla creamer. It's all I drink so I'm happy they have it here. Am I missing something?? I called to let them know about the avocado's and owner or person in charge said the avocados looked fine to him..... If the avocados looked fine to him that only shows me what low standards they have for their food quality. After removing the foul looking and smelling avocados the omelette is flavorless!!!!! What!!?? How are you still in business and then have an attitude when addressing an obvious issue, especially when a customer is going to the business directly first. Ordered here from DoorDash for my friend and I for breakfast and told her it was good here, she ordered the veggie omelette and when it was delivered, I opened each box to check the quality and see which one was ours, and saw that it was the grossest looking and slimiest avocados on top . I immediately knew she would be mad. So she came over, I dialed the restaurant and she spoke with the owner and he told her "they looked fine to him" he didn't see an issue and that is was good quality to serve. she said they were gross and she can't eat this. He said well come back or it basically is what it is... definitely not ordering again :( read more

Tried Pegah's for the first time this morning. I wanted to try a new place and I had driven by Pegah's many times and decided to give it a try. I was greeted warmly when I entered and was directed to sit anywhere I liked. The server was very prompt and friendly. I ordered the Mission omelette (bacon, mushrooms, spinach, and Ortega chiles) with home fries (asked to have them crispy) and sourdough toast. The omelette was pretty tasty and there was a lot of it too. The home fries were ok but definitely not crispy as requested. I left most of them on the plate. The sourdough toast was also very tasty and rounded out my breakfast. It was good old fashioned diner food and it came quickly, it was hot and there was a lot of food. The prices are very reasonable too. The dining room was very clean and bright and very pleasant. Would come back again in a pinch but I think I prefer my other local spots a little bit more. read more

A very homey feeling restaurants with sky blue booths. The staff is super friendly, and they seem to know their regulars very well. We both got the mission omelette, and it was delicious. Sooooo much food for 9.99. They also have two kinds of gluten free bread: regular and raisin. I got the regular, and it was yummy. I really appreciated the fact that our waitress was very understanding about my dairy allergy, and I was able to send my toast back without a problem when they put butter on after I asked for dry. She just apologized and brought me my toast dry. Super kind and polite. I appreciated that a lot. Mistakes happen, and I hate being -that- person who has to be the allergy person and send things back. Anyway, 10/10! We will return. Stopped in yesterday for lunch before heading back to the South Bay. Wonderful breakfasts, but it was all about the biscuits and gravy! They were just delicious, and our food was hot! This is our local "diner" type breakfast/lunch resturant. We've been coming here ever since they opened. We have a favorite waitress and she knows us well enough to bring out the iced tea before we even order. And knowing that we drink a lot of iced tea, she brings us a pitcher of iced tea so we can refill our iced teas whenever we want. The owner, if he is there will always come out and say hi to us and make sure we are happy with everything. Very friendly resturant and the food is great. We love the local vibe of this place. I usually get the breakfast combo with waffle (Belgium or regular), eggs the way you like it and a breakfast meat and served with real maple syrup. Occasionally I will get something else off the menu. My husband likes the omelets or he'll order a patty melt. Swerving are generous and we leave satisfied. They offer daily specials. They have a big room in the back for large parties, which gets used a lot. I know various groups from my church have made use of it many a time. They know how to handle large parties. They will write up individual tickets so you don't have worry about figuring out your portion of the ticket like some Resturant's do. The resturant consists of booths and tables. Service is great and the food is American fare. Lot's of choices. Before COVID they tried branching out into dinner, which was very good, but COVID changed everything Now they just concentrate on breakfast and lunch. They close up at 2pm. read more

This nice local gem has great breakfast, I initially tried this place because they have corned beef hash and let me tell you it's real good, their biscuits are homemade and their sausage gravy is fantastic. I haven't been able to go in person and eat due to COVID-19 but the door dashing is working with this place, I'd highly recommend their food, we've had the cinnamon rolls which are huge, we've also had their polish kielbasa and that's delicious.
