Our go to coffee shop here in Walnut Creek, CA. Ordered our coffee from Peet's mobile app. Upon arrival it was ready within the time and in some cases earlier. Is a bit busy but they are quick. The staff very friendly. Restrooms are clean. Parking plenty. The food was good but like to see more selection.

The staffs never call my name when the order is ready and they only speak and chat with the known customers who double park right outside the store. Poor experience so far.

Empathy is a crucial component of democratic governance as it relates to me. Peet's literally offers individuals the ability to lead and share others' stories'. All the employees are very warm, welcoming and thoughtful. They never argue with anyone because they like to serve anyone as much as possible. I greatly appreciate their help because it's the best help I could ask for. My understanding of coffee or tea is honestly so much more accurate here and it just makes the day better for me. In American culture we often refer to snacks or coffees and teas to help us observe the empathetic attitudes towards others spotted. In relations to the nation state to help people who need support and get a change for the better because of drinking from here instead of elsewhere. This coffee shop is great coffee by habit and by choice. Thank goodness this location is in my neighborhood so visits are not limited. Kind regards to the shop owner!

I discover this location because I was craving for Kinder's. I found this location nice. The staff that work there are FRIENDLY. I was greeted when I came in and I was greeted when I left. You can not get a better greeting at any other Peet's Coffee. Lots of table in this location. I have taken a seat and just relax. I was not bothered by any messy table. I did what other people would had done, clean it up before sitting down. This is the place to bring friends over for a drink.

I ordered my first pumpkin latte of the season. It isn't very pumpkin spice forward but it's nicely balanced with hints of nutmeg. You can still taste the bitterness of the coffee without being overly sweet. Still very enjoyable. This Peet's Coffee is located in the Ygnacio Plaza. They are very good with their social distancing protocols. Everyone inside were wearing masks and keeping their distance from one another. There is also plenty of outdoor seating.

This location is very noisy. It's impossible talk to a friend and hear them. The service is fine. Often crowded.

Comfortable atmosphere and chill vibe... it always seems to have a dozen or more people enjoying conversation or working on their laptop inside, and several more enjoying the small porch outside. This is definitely worth a side trip to enjoy a hand-crafted beverage, a small bite and to relax for a bit. Before we got deep into our drive, we wanted to stop for some coffee, and this spot happened to be open and on our way. We're not super familiar with coffee in the Bay Area, and for most of our trip we hadn't chosen great shops to visit. Panama Bay, however, really surprised us. A lot about this spot felt unassuming to us. It's a small cottage on the corner that stands out from the taller, more modern apartment buildings around it. There's not much space indoors. All of their seating is outdoors, located next to their outdoor pickup window. It's a little more offbeat than your average coffee spot, but it's really charming. The great service was one of the first things I noticed. Our two baristas were very friendly, chatting with us about our trip, and giving menu recommendations. All of this was greatly appreciated, especially since their menu has many options. They had an extensive list of syrup flavors, lattes, pour over coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. I grabbed a banana latte, and breakfast sandwich. The coffee was flavorful, and the sandwich has the best chipotle mayo. My partner tried the Mayan pour over, and he really loved his drink. Everything that we ordered was fantastic, and the friendly baristas really made our visit. This was easily the best coffee spot we visited during our trip I definitely recommend dropping by this spot if you're nearby, and I'll definitely be back in the future if I'm ever back up north.

We sat in the back and it was really cozy. There were upholstered chairs around small tables, more like a club than a coffee shop; I loved it! The pastries in the display case looked wonderful, but since we were going to lunch, none of us ordered anything other than coffee. Although the location is not prominent, pictures of their beautifully crafted drinks and delicious bánh mì sandwiches have been spreading across different social media platforms. So much so that they have been featured in reporting by several local media outlets. Out of curiosity, I decided to check this spot out with my brother and a couple friends on 08/29/2025. It wasn't busy when we walked in at around noon. A quick glance revealed a space that's tiny but well organized. We were greeted by Thuy, the friendly proprietor of the establishment. Since this was our first visit, it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. In the end, we each got a bánh mì sandwich and a beverage. Pricing was reasonable IMHO (see menu pic). I had the cold cut bánh mì and an iced coffee. I gave half of my sandwich to my brother, and he gave me half of his grilled chicken bánh mì in return. Both sandwiches were delicious! The baguette was excellent. It was crispy on the outside and soft and spongy on the inside. Thuy told me later on that she gets them from Duc Huong Sandwiches, a famed Vietnamese sandwich chain in San Jose. The homemade pâté, cold cuts, and grilled chicken were all delicious, and the produce was very fresh. The iced coffee was very good as well. We chatted with Thuy extensively before and after our meal. She told us she was a banker prior to opening this café. From our conversation, I could tell she takes pride in her work. We were all very impressed by her demeanor and business acumen. Should you find yourself in downtown Walnut Creek, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars.
