I got three pairs of glasses from this location with VSP vision insurance in the last three years and I don't recommend this location due to poor customer service and slow delivery of glasses. Pearle Vision took three weeks plus to turn around the order for glasses. I found the opticians were not knowledgeable and poorly trained and the Indian owner is not nice. I had to ask to get free glasses cleaner and lens cloth because they were not offered automatically on a $300+ pair of glasses with transitions lenses. I do not recommend Pearle Vision Irvine because I'll be taking my business to a different business next year. read more

Recently, I went to the Pearle Vision Eyecare Center in Irvine to have my astigmatism addressed and to purchase a pair of Prada polarized sunglasses. This is my second time having my eyes checked and purchasing sunglasses from here. I have to say that I have been extremely pleased with the level of service I have received at Pearle Vision. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgable. They listened patiently to my concerns regarding my vision and assisted me in selecting the ideal pair of sunglasses to aid my astigmatism and protect my eyes from the sun. The staff took the time to go through the advantages of polarized lenses with me and provided all the details I needed to make an informed choice. I did go with the polarized lenses and couldn't be happier! The frame were able to fit comfortably and snug after a personalized adjustment by the Pearle Vision team using a frame heating machine. I have a huge head that I'm very self conscious about, especially when looking for glasses. Daniel was extremely compassionate and patient helping me find the perfect pair. His customer service is top notch, made me feel comfortable through the process of trying on a million pairs. He is so friendly and the way he treated me made my experience 100x better. I appreciated his honesty about whether or not something looked good, and brought several different shape choices I wasn't considering, but he changed my mind! Took some time in writing a review because Daniel had convinced me to try something out of my comfort zone (sleek metal frames versus the chunky plastic ones I tend to grab), plus I wanted to try a bit first of the quality of the actual glasses themselves. Wore two pairs from them and I have to say, I like them both, especially the one Daniel recommended. It grew on me; had I written a review when I first got them, I probably wouldn't be as pleased. This place is awesome! After striking out at Lens Crafters we opted to come here as they took our Eye Med insurance. Not only are their prices better, their service is top notch as well when compared to LensCrafters. Karen and Komal are absolute legends. They were very attentive to our needs and worked with us to help us not only get the glasses we wanted but also helped us find the best deals and save money! We also got eye appointments as well which were well done and effective. Dr. Laura Lee Cloutier was amazing. I also got contact lenses for the first time and they made that transition as stress free and simple as possible. My anxieties about touching my eyes were eased lol. Puja Parekh was very thorough, knowledgeable and sweet. financially-- she definitely helped me out and for that I am very thankful. They employees are friendly and helpful. Stephane was amazing! She answered all the questions I had and explained anything I was inquisitive about. She really knows her stuff and offers quality customer service. She even worked through her lunch hour, while suffering from a painful injury she suffered outside of work, to help me get the glasses I wanted ordered.
