Lacking in customer service and follow up. I will not be doing business here again. I ordered a pair of glasses from this location and discussed the need for elevate the level of the frames on my face. We agreed silicone pads would be the best option and was told they would be provided. When I picked up my order, they neglected to include the silicone pads they informed me they were out of stock and would be back in a few weeks. 3 weeks passed, no follow up; when I stopped in, I received the same story...out of stock, we will call you in a few weeks. Another month has passed, no follow up. I will not waste my time stopping back in to be told they will contact me. I would NOT recommend doing business here. read more

The doctor is very friendly, but the staff are dismissive and weren't willing to figure out why there was such a large price difference compared to my last visit. They tried to up charge me 150+ more than the last time I needed new glasses, and then claim it was due to me changing insurance, which wasn't true. I'm not sure if there was a staff change that has caused a difference or something else, but I no longer feel confident with this office after this last visit. read more

The quality of lenses I received from here are wonderful. I recently purchased a pair of prescription lenses from a different company that didn't offer the same level or options as Pearle Vision and I was shocked at the inferiority and how important quality level is. I (luckily) was able to return them and immediately came back to Pearle Vision and will not be veering again! Additionally, Miguel is fantastic. Poor service. Brought in my own sunglasses for prescription lenses and made it very clear to replace the nose pieces. Also purchased a pair of glasses. When I picked out the frame I was told they were in stock and there would be no delay. I specifically stated that I did not want to get this frame if it was not in stock, because I did not want to wait for a special order. The technician assured me there would be no issues and the glasses would be done in a week to 11 days. 3 weeks later still no glasses and had to wait for my nose pieces to be replaced on me sunglasses because no one left any notes to take care of that. I guess, once they get you money they no longer give a sh@t about you. Looks like the new owners are worse than the past owners. read more

They have an optometrist on site, but you can also bring in your prescription for glasses or contacts and enjoy friendly, knowledgeable service. The selection of frames is excellent and I was really happy with the attitude of each employee I interacted with. I did not feel rushed in making my frame selection even though they were busy. It felt like a relaxed and positive experience beginning to end. I chose a pair of classic Tiffany frames that I am very happy with. I also chose two pair of sunglasses that I just love.
