The eye exam was very thorough and personnel was also very helpful and quick, excellent service provided by Miguel. He has helped me to choose my glasses frame and even brought me iced water from Starbucks! Check them out if you're around. read more

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the doctor was great. She was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Komal from Pearle Vision contacted me directly to remedy the situation. I'm still paying for the new lenses, but they are compensating me for the frames. They provided a genuine apology for what was essentially a series of avoidable mistakes. I appreciate she took the time. I would have preferred to receive the full refund including for the lenses, but I'm happy to move past this. read more

Be careful on what they offer/sell you. Back to back experiences getting new glasses here has been awful. According to them I keep getting "unlucky" but there is a trend of not following up on what they promise. read more

Lacking in customer service and follow up. I will not be doing business here again. I ordered a pair of glasses from this location and discussed the need for elevate the level of the frames on my face. We agreed silicone pads would be the best option and was told they would be provided. When I picked up my order, they neglected to include the silicone pads they informed me they were out of stock and would be back in a few weeks. 3 weeks passed, no follow up; when I stopped in, I received the same story...out of stock, we will call you in a few weeks. Another month has passed, no follow up. I will not waste my time stopping back in to be told they will contact me. I would NOT recommend doing business here. read more

An amazing experience with Miguel! He remembered me after an entire year and made my experience super friendly and comfortable!

I've been going to this location for close to 5 years and I have a wonderful experience each time. The staff is always so welcoming and genuine. Migel has helped me the past 3 exams and he always remembers me and conversations that we had from previous visits. If you need an eye exam, glasses, or contacts definitely go here! They'll take great care of you! read more

The doctor is very friendly, but the staff are dismissive and weren't willing to figure out why there was such a large price difference compared to my last visit. They tried to up charge me 150+ more than the last time I needed new glasses, and then claim it was due to me changing insurance, which wasn't true. I'm not sure if there was a staff change that has caused a difference or something else, but I no longer feel confident with this office after this last visit. read more

Love the experience here every visit. Miguel is always so helpful and love the new frames he recommended!

The quality of lenses I received from here are wonderful. I recently purchased a pair of prescription lenses from a different company that didn't offer the same level or options as Pearle Vision and I was shocked at the inferiority and how important quality level is. I (luckily) was able to return them and immediately came back to Pearle Vision and will not be veering again! Additionally, Miguel is fantastic. He has been helping me for a couple years and is always so kind, knowledgeable, willing to help, and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. It's very appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed, and is yet another reason to keep returning to Pearle Vision! read more
