Stephanie was busy but got Dave to assist me in looking at some eyewear that was more affordable. Even though they carry mostly designer glasses they do have an affordable line collection. What I really liked about Dave was that he helped guide me in which glasses he thought would be best for my face. They tell me I have to wait and see if my insurance covered it and they'll let me know (they didn't) and they wait until I come in the day or the appointment to tell me the answers I was looking for weeks prior. Either they don't know what they're doing or they're just not good at listening. Probably both. But if you don't want your time wasted, highly suggest going somewhere else.
