There is free parking offered but option was not provided during appointment. Provider was attentive, kind and explained the entire process of my appointment. He listened to concerns and explained my current conditions. Very easy to understand and went the extra mile to ensure all was understood prior to proceeding to the next step. I just went in and asked if they could repair a pair of glasses for me that I didn't even buy from them and not did they only fixed my glasses (replaced the screw and tightened the other )they were so nice about it,made me feel so welcome.and when I asked to pay them , they said no payment was required! Don't get that at many other places these days. I'm impressed with their excellent customer service and quality timely help even though they had other customers in the store . I had a great experience here. During phase 3 of the quarantine, I ran out of contacts and my glasses were no longer adequate for my vision. Dr. Kowalski is very thorough and professional. Dewayne made sure that I was getting the best deal. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to find coupons that made my contacts/transaction more affordable. read more

This location is prime example of laziness, I recently Moved so I now have to drive out of my way to this location for anything I need, I showed up at 7pm, well before the listed closing time of 730pm and the doors were locked, I saw an employee inside who did nothing to assist me, when I called to confirm if they were closed I saw the employee dismiss my call, I also needed validation on my parking which I had to pay for, so Im literally paying for their incompetence, when they say customer service is going bad, this is IT! read more

It seems like this location will only cater to paying customers. I stopped by to get my frames tighten since my measurements weren't done correctly when I first received my glasses. The people at the check-in station told me to wait and I was there for over 30 minutes with no follow up. I understand the other technicians were busy but there were other representatives standing around idly when all I needed was for someone to redo my measurements. I left this location and decided to go to another store altogether because of the waste of time and limited customer service. read more

5 Stars for this place. I've been to many optometrists/clinics in the past and Dr. K is one of the best I've seen. He clearly explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. The front staff was on their A game as well - Chad and Oscar were attentive and focused even while handling multiple clients. Chad is knowledgeable, patient and friendly - I was shopping for eye glasses alone with a lot of questions regarding styles and cost. So far they've been extremely nice and helpful. We haven't had any issues with our glasses to know how calling and getting additional service would be. I can only rate based on my in person experience which I'd give a 5. We had two toddlers, one getting fitted so patience was necessary for all :) Very sweet. Typically we'd go to the toddler specific glasses place on Western or NW Luries and I've never been fully satisfied over the years. This location exceeded my expectation with styles and options as well as service! We will now only be coming here. read more

So I initially called this location to make an appointment for an eye exam for later that day. I scheduled one for a couple hours later with the female associate and continued about my day. I later received a voicemail from her saying that she booked the wrong day and actually doesn't have anything available. Great, so I'm SOL now as I was traveling the next day. I get back and schedule an appointment again, with the same associate the following weekend. This time I schedule well over 24 hours in advance. On the call, she asks me about my insurance and refers to several different internal systems for verifying insurance as if I know or care about that. All I know is my provider. She tells me she will confirm they accept it and call back in ten minutes if not. I did not get a call that day so assumed everything was fine. The next day, exactly an hour before my appointment, I get a call back from this chick telling me they -don't- in fact take my insurance. Considering I had a flight later that evening, I was pretty upset that she wasted my time yet again. I'm in town only a few days a week and waiting an ENTIRE DAY and literally an hour before my appt to tell me something you were supposed to tell me 10 minutes after making my appointment is super unprofessional and a massive waste of my time. And why didn't this conversation about insurance happen the first week I tried to make the appointment? That way I would have known and gone somewhere else this week. Anyway, that employee sucks. Had an absolutely great experience with Dr. K! He has a very friendly and jovial manner of getting through the procedures. The ladies at the shop are very nice too. They take the time to make sure you are getting the best deal for your buck. I was on the hinges with getting premium or standard glasses and the girl did not rush me at all and helped me make up my mind. I love this place! To me customer relationship is very important and these guys definitely know what they are doing. read more

You know when you do something and it's entirely more frustrating than it needs to be? I am so frustrated with this location that I have contemplated going to another optometrist to get a whole new/different exam in order to just wipe my hands clean of this place. See, I called to schedule an exam for contact lenses. But, here's the thing -- they only schedule exams for business hours unless a doctor approves otherwise. So, I say sure. Call me back with approval. Never got a call back. Called them back. After an obnoxious game of phone tag, I ended up having to take sick time from work to get my contact lens exam. Get contact lens exam done. They order my lenses, some free trials. As such, get the call they are in and have to take more time off to get the fitting done. Oh, did I fail to tell you that they did not issue my prescription the day I got my fitting? Nope. I have to call back to tell them if my prescription is good enough. I have called and have started yet another game of phone tag as they have to make sure it is okay to send the prescription to me or if I need to come in. And if I get a thumbs up for my prescription to be provided to me it can either be emailed, faxed, or picked up -- not postal mailing, unless approved by the doctor. C'mon now, it's 2018. Why does it need to be this difficult? Next year, it won't be for me as Lenscrafters and I will be going on our separate ways. read more

Excellent customer service! The Optometrist, Dr. Patel (can't remember her first name) is very friendly, engaging, and together we honed in on what I actually needed, without extra stuff. The one thing that I know for sure is that the staff located at 1142 South Delano Court are very unprofessional and have no customer service skills. For the $731.83 that I spent on 02-07-21 I got a staff that did not bother to call and tell me my glasses were ready. I know we are in a pandemic as things are operating on a slower pace so I waited until 03-05-21 to call. After 5 minutes a rep answered and transferred me a line no one picked up. Eventually he returned to the phone and asked my name and check the status. The morning of 03-6-21 I called a couple of times and no one bothered to answer the phone (so I just went over) to see if I needed an appointment to have my glasses fitted properly . There is nothing they can do because they may damage the frames. " The frames are large, that's the way they fit" What am I missing here? Aren't they suppose to fit? By the way the phone was ringing off the hook while I was there with 3 reps standing right over the 2 phones at the front desk. I am totally disappointed, I Would not recommend. The one thing I like about this LensCrafters will be their frames. They have a nice variety. The employee's are pleasant. The quality of their lenses are the worse. I'm going to assume they're using a new lab because it wasn't always like this. I've been going there for years but I will not be returning. read more

I arrived at my appointment today and was told that because I didn't answer their confirmation of appointment phone call yesterday (I'm a registered nurse and obviously can't take calls while at work), my appointment was automatically canceled and time slot given to another customer. The receptionist told me this was their new policy per their manager "since COVID". No one left me a voicemail when they called to communicate this "new policy" or to tell me it would be cancelled. I don't see this information on their website, nor did I ever receive an email with this update/cancelation. I took the day off of work to go to this appointment. Great and professional! I did a full eye exam for contacts and glasses. Dr. Elizabeth Mokaya was wonderful and patient! She educated me on more available contact brands. I had an issue putting my contacts back in and she provided me with a free pair to make it home. Katherine was with wonderful in assisting with calculating all the details with my insurance and store discount so I could make the best purchase on glasses and contacts. Everyone was very nice. They dont tell you they are out of network on your vision plan so you end up wasting most of your plan benefit really shady.

Intake was ok. Doctor seemed knowledgeable but picking up glasses was a different story. First time wearing glasses and I needed progressives to boot. Came in to pick up glasses. They basically had me put them on and looked at me and couldn't give me any info. I had no idea how to look thru them and they didn't attempt to do any tests or adjustments. Didn't explain how progressives work and what I need to do look for etc. Got my frames with lenses and a case. Not even a microfiber or anything to wipe them down. Bunch of uninterested rookies in this place just doing the bare minimum and collecting a paycheck. Never going here again. read more

This LensCrafters is very professional and the day I went, everyone seemed to know their stuff and the employees handled multiple people with ease. I will be back! Though their glasses selection is not very large, I appreciate their 1.5 hour parking validation in their parking garage. Plus, you can go next door and shop at Ulta or H&M or whatever if you need to wait for your eye exam. In addition, lenscrafters no longer has an in-house on-site lab and outsource their labs, so glasses take between 1-2 weeks to come back! read more

If you hate the air-puff glaucoma test, ask to see Austin. I have dreaded this part of every eye exam since I was old enough to remember, and Austin is the first one ever to get it done on the first try in both eyes. I love the doctor here! Very friendly and through with everything yet kept everything prompt and moving. Have it 3 stars because of the lazy staff. Never been to a health care provider where they ask you up call and verify your own insurance. Two different staff on two different occasion asked me if I called insurance to verify. Really?! I could of just said yes I did and I have insurance and they wouldn't of known. Lazy employees that wants to do the minimal to get by. read more

I went to LensCrafters to pick out a glasses frame. I had had my eye exam elsewhere and wanted to see a wider variety of frames so I decided to go to lenscrafters to see what was available. I started trying on glasses on my own at first, then an associate came to help me. He was pretty knowledgeable about what type of glasses to get to fit your face. Together we narrowed it down to 2-3 frames. He also had an ipad and took pictures of my in my last few frames, we compared all the of pictures of a 4-in-1 image and that really narrowed it town to the pair I ended up choosing. I thought the service was good, my associate stayed with me during the duration of trying on glasses (which took at least 30mintues!) and the eventual ordering stage. Also, the Roosevelt Collection complex is nice because they have garage parking 90minutes free with store validation. I also stopped by the other stores they have in the complex to do some shopping. It's a convenient location and I enjoyed the service I was provided. I would come here again. read more

Great customer service. We went on their opening day and I got an eye exam which was definitely needed, and everything in the store was marked down. I had brought in a pair of my favorite glasses that have been crooked for so long such that I could only wear them at home (too embarrassing in public) and they were able to fix them for me!
