The good news is that thanks to the great guy that they sent, our job got done. The bad news is that when this guy called for help, the boss denied it. The only way that it got done was by us, the customer, offering to help out. So what you have is a 74 year old man with a bad lower back and my 69 year old wife attempting to push, pull and lift side by side refrigerators. This situation was not caused by the 1 mover they sent. The failure to send assistance when requested was unsatisfactory. The mover made things right by discounting cost. But that does little to help physical limitations put upon us. Use at your own risk. read more

I never had good experiences with movers. It's really hard to find good movers with reasonable budget. Sometimes they aren't even licensed or owners give you really rude comments after feedback. However, this has been the BEST experiences for me. If you are moving in Orange County, support this local business and enjoy their awesome services! First of all, the movers Yury and Andrew were the nicest people ever. They were efficient and kept it fun with conversations, and they always took things away from us whenever we tried carrying something! They cared about our items just as they were their own and made sure to pack everything well and tight. I am honestly really grateful for their work and skills. Yury even gave me a call one hour before the scheduled time, and he was extremely understanding when I told him I was having issues with Uhaul (that's another story). Once I finally got the Uhaul there, an hour late, they didn't waste time waiting but carried most of our stuff outside already. Yury immediately came to me and offered to back up the truck for me. Ah, they just did such an amazing job in every aspect! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Remember don't book them directly from Uhaul though, give them a call! I always make sure I don't let big corporations take any money away from small businesses (stupid service fees). Lastly, the only thing -- I think it would be nice to receive a confirmation call the day before! I realized it at ~6pm the day before, probably a good reminder for your customers, too! Super efficient, reliable, fast and thoughtful, Alex and Asher were the right guys for my 1bd/1br apartment move to another home nearby. Uhaul rental included in the quote which was really nice and one less thing to worry about. I really appreciated Alex sharing the game plan for the move after seeing what my apartment looked like on move in day. They matted and wrapped all my furniture, and even had tools to help me dissassemble/reassemble my baby crib. I had a Purple mattress which would've been really difficult to load, but they came up with solution to taco fold it and wrap it and use straps to keep it in place, while keeping the bed nice and clean. If I had lived on the 2nd floor with more complicated furniture, I can trust these guys to get it down to the Uhaul in one piece with no scratches. I even went to police station and report him, he send me very inappropriate sexual messages right after the moving. it happened in August 2023. He saw that I was single at that time, and having a child. The most disturbing and disgusting part is that he mansion my kid in a part of his sexual dreams when he was msgs me. I never reply and just went to police right away. This guy is on their radar now. I was surprised to see that Yelp didn't have many reviews. They were extremely careful with our belongings--and I emphasize "extremely". I watched them carry our furniture in and they were diligent about ensuring that no wall or item was nicked or damaged in the process. Our movers Alex and Nico were fantastic. Two class acts. We hired Pearl Moving to load our 26ft uhaul for an out of state move. I requested 2 workers for 4 hours. These guys did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and never stopped moving. We even bought them lunch and they just grazed their food as they worked. At the end of the 4 hours there was still work to be done. They could have easily left, but stayed an additional 2 hours to help us finalize. I remember one of the guys name was Jamison and the other I can't remember. But thank you both, we couldn't have done it without you two. We moved over 1000 miles away and our stuff was in good shape at the end of the drive. Good packing made a huge difference. read more
