We went there today for brunch and came in at 2:10 PM, twenty minutes before closing and got a very chilly and unwelcome greeting from the hostess who didn't hesitate to tell us that the kitchen was closing at 2:30. We rarely ever go somewhere that close to closing time but it seems to me that if you come in during their business hours you should be greeted courteously with respect , seated and served promptly. If the kitchen closes at 2:30 then how can you be open until then, and if you want to get out of there sooner then why not close at 2:00 or 1:00 or just don't open and have the whole day off? Is there some magic secret time when you should know not to come in that doesn't coincide the with the 2:30 closing time. The curt and unfriendly hostess told me after I asked what closing the kitchen had to do with us eating there and she said she is required to do that. Does the owner know this or are the inmates running the prison. Our server was delightful, the nicest one we ever had there in all our years of coming in and the food was good, but I suggest you lose we want to get out of here because we close soon atttude and be there for the customers and not for you. Aren't we why you are even in business. Close sooner if you want the kitchen to shut down at 2:30, don't put the onus on your customers to figure it out. You are open till 2:30, serve accordingly or close sooner. read more

So we pulled off the highway and wanted some local breakfast spot for a quick bite. The Peach Valley Cafè was conveniently located and though parking was a little tight we got in and it was awesome!!! So pictured below is their "Boss Hog" plate, a pumpkin pancake and a traditional eggs Beni . All was excellent- the atmosphere is pleasant and not pretentious- not a dive (which are my favs) but not too upity either. The food was excellent and the service was superb. I'm on the fence. This use to be a great spot for breakfast. The food has gone a bit downhill on our last couple of visits. This last time the biscuits were so bad I couldn't finish the biscuits and gravy. The service was not much better. Our server did come back to check us after we were served but when I raised an issue with the biscuits she only asked if I wanted another one. No drink refill or 2d check. No offer to comp the bad biscuits meal. No asking I wanted something else. (I only ate about three bites so it was obvious I didn't like my meal.) I think we'll likely go somewhere else from now on. read more

Breakfast was wonderful however you can order lunch in the morning as well. We sat at the counter and observed the kitchen which I like to do because if it's an open kitchen you know it's clean and well run. I had the Ranchero breakfast, the chorizo sausage had just the right amount of heat. My friends omelette was stuffed full of ingredients as a good omelette should be. My husband and his buddy had the Philly cheesesteak croissant with crispy potatoes. Needless to say they cleaned their plates. They also have Bellinis, Mimosas and Bloody Marys if you are interested. We are regulars at the original Peach Valley on the beachside, so my review is tempered by our love for the other restaurant. We ended up here because our first stop, Limoncello, in the same plaza seemed to be open but not open. See review of that place for more. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and service. We had heard many negative things and believed this location just wasn't up to the branding. I had the blackened fish tacos, one of my favorite lunch items here. They are very good, even though they don't use grouper anymore. My only issue with the dish is they use WAY TO MUCH jalapeño in the side salsa. I always pick out most of them and it seems like they are about half of the dish. My wife had the summer salad and she said it was very good. The strawberries looked perfectly ripe and there were plenty of them. I think they need to have a low calorie dressing available, or at least have the wait staff be able to tell which dressing is a lower calorie choice. The restaurant was sparklingly clean, and everyone we dealt with was appropriately friendly. It's nice to know they have ironed out the kinks of a new restaurant and they are a welcome addition to the bevy of chain restaurants in this area of Ormond Beach. read more

This is a favorite spot to grab breakfast when we are visiting Grandma in Ormond Beach. We typically start by sharing an order of the apple fritters. The fritters come hot and delicious in a brown paper bag that has cinnamon and sugar that is all shaken up table side by your server. Comes with some very strawberry - y yogurt for dipping. All in all simply delicious. On this visit I ordered the Peach Valley Picker's skillet with a biscuit - Crispy breakfast potatoes mixed with ham, cheddar cheese, red and green peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with two fresh eggs any style and finished with homemade sausage gravy. A delicious if not rich way to start your day. A really reasonable size portion. Because the gravy makes it super rich I was glad the size was paired down to accommodate it. I asked for my eggs over easy but they were a bit over. While given a choice of bread, I chose the biscuit. Great choice! Really nice biscuit perfectly baked and warm. Would have like if they had put some butter on the plate for it though. Service here always friendly! Must be a great place to work because everyone is always smiling. read more

Reliable brunch place, with absolutely killer apple fritters. With the strawberry yogurt, it's an unconventional combination that works perfectly. This is a craveable, unique, signature dish that distinguishes Peach Valley West from just any other brunch place. The service was also stellar, very friendly, personal, and accommodating. Otherwise, it felt very cookie-cutter, corporate, and a bit dated. The decor leaves something to be desired. The menu is extensive, but when you start to look at it, there are notable gaps. There is a distinct lack of vegetarian or fish options, and since my husband and I are pescatarian, this left us in a bit of a bind. I ordered the "two eggs any style," with poached eggs, breakfast potatoes and drop biscuits... The eggs out medium-hard, the potatoes were cold and undercooked, and the biscuits were dry and dense rather than flaky and buttery. I would have been so disappointed... if it weren't for those apple fritters! Next time I'll make a meal of just those, just grab 'em and go! read more

The chef knew how to not only poach an egg, but also make a great sunny side up with out it being completely runny and unappetizing. That takes skill. Best breakfast in town! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. It is also elderly-friendly, plenty of space for walkers and wheelchairs, which is necessary in this part of Florida lol! The pancakes are huge, one is plenty but two are great. Excellent breakfast meats too, bacon and patty sausage are perfect. Even the lunch items are fresh and delicious! Excellent lunch spot for a busy day. In and out in about thirty minutes, I ordered a blueberry pancake and it was just what the doctor ordered. It was sweet but also had that great butter crisp. We dine here quite frequently. It has always been great service, until today. The cafe had seats available everywhere, but made everyone entering stand around and wait. Casey was the hostess with a very sarcastic attitude. We informed her after waiting quite awhile, to give our booth to a couple with a very elderly woman. She needed seated immediately. Apathetic to all of the customers, especially the needs of the elderly. We left today for the first time, and dined elsewhere. Such a pity, to have such an uncaring hostess. read more

This business is not doing anything about COVID. No warnings that they aren't social distancing and so we were sat at a table only to have them load tables around us that were not 6 feet apart. They weren't even ensuring that people getting up from their tables and walking around were keeping their mask on. We got our food to go and left. It would be nice if a business cared more about human life than money or at least warned their patrons they were disregarding safety precautions before stacking people around them. read more

I ordered from them before and enjoyed the food a lot. I work nights however and often order breakfast/dinner I can eat before I go straight to sleep. They had over an hour and a half to cancel my order earlier and then canceled within 20 minutes of the food supposed to have been made and delivered, around 30-40 minutes before I go to bed for work. I was really disappointed they couldn't have canceled it earlier and now I had to order from another place because I have no food in my home until after I finish my nights come Monday, however I move Monday so now I'm waiting over an hour to eat dinner or I just have to go to McDonald's now. My boyfriend and I ate here the other day after trying iHop and seeing a line out of the door there. We only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated- mind you it was during Bike Week AND the start of Spring Break! The food was so so so yummy. Excited Peach Valley finally opened in Port Orange. After all the good reviews from others eating at Peach Valley, we were disappointed. Coffee not hot - just warm. Coffee cups are nice and big, though! Acoustics are terrible. We sat in the front and very noisy. Plus air conditioner needed to be cooler. Much cooler. Unless you want exactly what's on the entree, it's a whole lot extra. Seems like menu designers want to be fancy instead of realizing what people want for breakfast: eggs, meat and a pancake at a reasonable price. Place is nice and clean. Server was very nice (just don't call me Sweetie or Hun!) Fixed a problem right away when the coffee cream curdled. Maybe we will be back. Guess the excitement about a new breakfast place in Port Orange had my expectations too high. read more

Not sure what the problem is with this Peach Valley compared to the others, but this particular restaurant is very skimpy when it comes to their portions. I've gone to the PV in Port Orange and although their service is not as good their portions and food tastes so much better. I ordered a skillet here the other morning and there was barely any potatoes on my plate and when I went to tell the manager nothing was done. Other than me asking to take it off of my bill, he apologized but never came back to the table. I would not recommend going to this particular location, instead drive out to Port Orange - better quality and taste. read more

I used to eat at the location on beachside all the time and I loved the chicken pot pie, but today I got the pot pie to go from this location and the filling was about half or possibly 2/3 of what I'm used to. I'll go again because it is the closer location and I still have the remainder of a $50 gift card to use, but if it's not better next time I probably won't return more. read more

Not the usual experience, My husband surprised me for my birthday with family and friends. The experience was HORRIBLE!!! My husband ordered the same thing he always orders and had to send it back three times. The manager came to the table and snatched the food and said it doesnt have to pay.
