My first and only experience here. -I called in advance for 3 dip powders for myself my mom and my grandma we wanted something for the fourth, we're not picky just something cute they were vary nice but fought me on what I wanted the lady insisted I wanted gel. I explained to her I'm vary hard on my nails and really wanted the dip powder (I'd been getting it for months now and really like it) she told me NO. And tried telling me my nails are strong enough for gel, I finally gave in but still complaining that it's gonna chip. Well 3 days went by and 2 of my nails broke and ripped. I was pretty pissed. She did a great job on the design but also went pretty far from my cuticles so within a couple of days and already looked like I had two weeks grow out, I wasn't happy about that either and won't be returning. read more

I came in here on a Saturday morning around 10:30 the end of June, without an appointment. They seemed busy, but they were still able to get me right in for a pedicure. They have a price list they hand you once you sit down, basic pedi is $25, and the price goes up from there. They do have a ton of polish choices. The decore is fitting for Graham, the place seemed pretty clean. They did a good job on my basic pedicure. They did however ask once they were almost finished, if I wanted a manicure also, there is no pricelist on the wall, so you have to ask for the prices which they do have folded up on a sheet at the front desk. Never will I be back to this "shop". I got gel nails & a pedicure they tried to charge me $71 for!!!! A gel manicure is $30 & a pedicure is $25(for regular) they claimed it costs $5 extra to do French tips so another $10 added to this as I got French tip on my toes and hands. Then she claims it's $3 to put lines under your nails so another $6???? So I paid an extra $16 for polish that should COME WITH THE FUCKING SERVICE. Plus my mom got her nails and toes does(acrylic with gel and a pedicure) her total was less than mine was????? Also they caked the polish on her toes and when she said something about it all the bitches in there got attitudes saying it will dry eventually, as it has already been OVER an hour!!!! I was super sad and disappointed about how my last experience was here. This was about a month ago.. I made an appointment for my friend and I for her bday. We got pedicures and nails done. During my pedicure the lady looked like she was in a bad mood. She dropped my foot in the water by accident and she cursed at me. And then while she was doing my pedicure she was really hurting me and so I told her that really hurts and she stared at me gritted her teeth and scraped harder. I was SOO shocked. I did not have a very good experience here. I choose this nail saloon based off of reviews but won't be back. The chair I was given didn't offer the massage feature. I just put my feet in the water which was luke warm at best before the lady told me to pull my foot out and started working on my toe nails. I must afmiy that the foot/leg massage was nice. She also took a long time painting my toes and making sure they looked good which was very much appreciated. My nail polish chipped off my toe nails after only 3 days. Very disappointed. Went in to get my acrylics removed and the lady pulls out a little blue box labeled "dirty tools" and proceeds to use a dirty drill bit to file down my nails. Then she grabs an acrylic nail out of the same box and tries to wedge it between my real nail and the acrylic without soaking the nails or anything. I had read the past comments warning about them ripping off acrylics and gels so I was already skeptical. After that was clearly not working she said that she would soak my nails because there was "nothing she could do" she left me while she worked on other clients which I understood because they had to soak. But after finishing someone's eyebrows she comes back and sees that they're still not ready to come off so she goes to work on someone else and I wait so long that another lady takes over. She finishes them and leaves me with bits of acrylic over all of my nails. read more

I probably won't be back there again, every time I asked for something the nail tech would either say she could't do it or would say snarky things like, it's not normal just to paint the tips of your nails, not to mention I asked for a specific flower & she went ahead & painted what she wanted. it's the WORST nail salons I've ever been too, i could go to Walmart and get my nails done better. they just want your money. i waited for 40 minutes even after i booked an appointment 2 days in advance. my normal nail salon was all booked and i had to go with this one. they don't understand what you want and start coughing all up in your face. i was told over the phone a manicure and pedicure would be $55 but they ended up taking $100. that is WAY TOO MUCH for they horrid job they did. I went here to go with my bestfriend to get her nails done only because she had a gift card for here. I got my nails done by one of the lady's here and she did them so poorly they were breaking within a week. I asked her to go shorter and she said to me "no honey your nails look good long" and didn't cut them. When she was taking off old gel polish she was using the wrong tool and left almost all the polish still on ,, I am not a nail artist for sure but I know that was the wrong tool. She painted my nails so oddly and was so inconsiderate. I was charged 35$ for a fill. A fill. I have been here twice now. First time I did a basic manicure, basic pedicure, eyebrow wax and lip wax. It costed $56 since they had a deal at the time for mani/pedi and eyebrow/lip wax. They did a good job although they weren't perfect. They did much better than I can do myself and did it with a smile. I appreciate anyone willing to get up close and personal with my feet and get all the dead skin off and make me feel beautiful afterwards. The second time I went, I got a basic manicure and upgraded my pedicure to a deluxe and didn't get any waxing done. It was $50. No discounts. They did both while sitting in the pedicure chair. I think they did alright. There was a lady sitting next to me yelling at the employee doing her pedicure because of their language barrier and pricing. I felt bad for the employee. I paid them a tip for having to deal with that irate customer who paid them $0 in tips. My favorite nail salon is in Bonney Lake, but I moved to Graham and need some place local. I have come here twice to get my nails and they always turn out awesome. The first time I got my nails done by the women here and they were sweet, kind, gentle and professional. I got an old set removed and a new set put on. The woman was really rough with my nails and my fingers hurt for the next two days. The new set doesn't look bad but there are clumps of polish and acrylic stuck under the nail and they are very thick. Around the cuticle area the polish is almost up to my skin. Always came here for years. After a few months of taking a break from spending the money on my nails I returned to find a nicely updated building and new owners. They are all pretty friendly for the most part (however, not NEARLY as friendly as last owners) and Sadly.... after three times of giving them a shot I am greatly disappointed each time. BUT I have gotten the same woman each time so maybe the customer service and quality of work would be better from one of the several other employees. But twice, I have gotten shellac on my acrylic nails and both times within hours of leaving the paint is peeling off. Anyone with experience with gel knows that it should last for WEEKS. Also I brought my daughter in with me and the woman practically refused to do her nails because it would "be too expensive to spend the money on a child's nails". It was a mommy daughter day and every other salon has always been MORE than happy to do her nails and I am obviously willing to pay. After several attempts at her trying to talk me out of it and my daughter almost in tears I finally convinced her to do them. Not the experience it should have been. read more

I went here for the first time because I had no time to go to my regular place. I wasn't really worried since all reviews they have are pretty good. My feet were done by a female technician and her work was decent. However, my hands were done by a male technician--I think he is married to the actual owner. His work was horrible. First, he only filed the nails on my left hand and didn't even try the same thing on the other hand. He was also rough and ended up cutting my skin twice!! He didn't get all of my cuticles so he just used his thumb nail to get the rest which I thought was pretty strange and lazy! The nail polish was applied while my nails were still wet so the polish came off the moment I got home. I would've came back if I didn't have to go to the airport for my planned trip. It pains me to give this one star. Since Nini and Brian left this place sadly isn't the same. With them, it was always 5 stars in my book. I have been coming here as a loyal customer for almost 11 years regularly 2-3 weeks. The customer service and personalized attention to everyone who walked through their door was top-notch with the previous owners. Since the end of October, it's not the same. I had a black tie event to attend in Bellevue on 12/21 with my husband. I broke my middle finger nail (with red polish). eekkk...so at Noon I ran up to PD Nails. They asked what I needed and I held up my hand and said I just need to have one nail fixed. The gal said, "WE DON'T HAVE ANY TIME TODAY TO DO THAT FOR YOU!" Any time? Who says that? Are you kidding me? Now I know she didn't want to be bothered to do one nail vs. an entire fill. But the tone in which it was also said was terrible. There were 2 ladies waiting. I don't mind waiting, but to say you have ZERO time is unacceptable for a 10 minute procedure. Graham/Puyallup have many nail choices. Please reconsider not using this place if you are looking for a nail salon. I won't be going back. read more

I have been going here for the last 6 years. I always had a wonderful experience when Nini and Brian owned it. Now that it has new ownership it's been updated inside and looks great, but that does not make up for the bad service. First I asked to get my old nail set removed. The lady did it but she didn't not soak my nails at all. She just cut them off and pulled them with the clippers. It was quite uncomfortable. It left me with redness and tenderness on quite a few nails. Then she cut one of my fingers with the dremmel. She quickly wiped it off and half apologized and continued to burn and scratch my skin with it. I then asked for coffin nails. She said she could do those. I mistakenly assumed that she could because it was an updated shop with new staff. Boy, I was mistaken yet again. The nails ended up being all different shapes similar to the coffin shape but not quite right. I really miss Nini and Brian! They may not have been fancy but the quality and experience was 1000 times better. read more

I walked in on a busy Saturday for a full set with gel polish and only had a 15 minute wait. It has to be the cleanest nail salon i have ever been in. Every was really friendly. My only complaint is i feel like the acrylics weren't all the way back to my cuticle so the grow out is more noticeable more quickly. Ill be back! read more

AMAZING!! I was in the area and decided a spur of the moment mani/pedi treat for myself. The salon itself is very very clean and the atmosphere was very calming. I've used most of there services since including shellac wax and have had custom designs done on my nails. I've never been disappointed. Today was my first time visiting this salon, and I won't be going back. First, the technician burned me several times with the dremel. I know this can happen, but she kept staring off out the windows or toward the back watching people around us, so after the third time I was getting pretty annoyed at how distracted she was. What really bugged me, though, was that I had shown her a picture of what I wanted when I got there (basic color with a glitter coat). She told me to grab the glitter from their shelf and it was sitting next to her the whole time. After she had already charged me and run my card, she told me it would be another $5 for the glitter. I explained that I didn't have cash and wasn't going to have her run my card again for it. Why wouldn't she have included it the first time, and if she forgot ... umm, basic customer service? The whole bottle of polish isn't even $5. I told her forget it, I'd do it myself. It's not about the $5, it's about the service. For them, it cost them a customer. read more
