Definitely make an appointment if you can because the wait can be extensive. The cellular service is just as good as other major carriers. Affordable prices when bundled. I don't like that you can't use the full data you pay for each month when you use your phone's hotspot. You get significantly reduced speeds (600kbps) after 5gb of hotspot use even though you pay for 30gb per month with their unlimited plan of $30 per month. Their cable service is good, but the prices fluctuate pretty often and deals are hard to come by even though they tell you to check in on current deals once yours expires. There are also a lot of sporting events that you can't watch because of constant corporate squabbles leading to contractual disagreements which affect Dodgers and Lakers games. Overall, I'd recommend the service since they seem to be making more improvement each year.

There were some hinderances as my account was difficult to access for some reason, and one of the other associates even told him to tell me to just call customer service (although I was only there bc they told me I had to go in person). But he offered to call customer service himself to help get this all sorted out. He figured it out while on the phone in the meantime and gave me what I needed. I wish it was a quicker process but at the end of the day, I appreciate Hernan taking the time to help me and not just sending me away as that would've been the easier thing to do.

I told them that I was disabled and they still refused to address my problem. I also told them that Verizon's customer service said that I can return my phone whenever I am able to due to my being disabled. They still denied to assist me. This is discrimination and they should be made aware of the incident. I have already forwarded my complaint to verizon but wanted to reach out to the store as well. They either don't answer the phone or say the manager is not available. They did not give the option of having the manager return my call when they do become available. I would like to know the name of the manager and the store clerk that discriminated against me the morning of Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

I was surprised to hear that he was not the manager because of his etiquette and knowledge. We had issues with customer service and he was able to clear them up very quickly. He took his time to make sure everything was correct and because of his knowledge we were able to figure everything out with ease. Enrique deserves a raise, deserves more hours and deserves 5 days off with pay lol. For such a hard situation, Enrique handled it so well. Well that made everything feel easier. I'm a current new customer since January 7 and I was told I had a 30 Apple Watch offer and it turns out offer was expired with no choice at all . But when I told him I was gonna come back to the person that first assisted me named Julian he now mentioned that I Maybe still be entitled to get the offer . I am blown away by the customer service we CONSTANTLY receive from Fiber Internet Center. We recently had a project which required us to establish a private connection to another large movie studio for some huge data transfers (think 5TB files). This was extremely time sensitive and could have cost us a lot of money if it wasn't done quickly. I reached out to Fiber Internet Center and it was done within a DAY. Normally these connections take 2-3 weeks for set up, but I told them about the urgency of the project, and the next morning I got an email from Bob saying that it was already done. They go above and beyond, even reaching out to the studio to make sure everything is working on their end as well. I expected to have to do this myself, since most companies wash their hands of the project once their end is done. I really can't thank them enough. Their customer service on top of the fact that they provide us with more than a gigabit of throughput puts these guys way ahead of the game. Our connection has been consistently reliable, and the VERY few times it isn't, I know exactly what's going on, and am never left in the dark. I can't say enough praise about this company and their team members, and I am sincerely grateful to them.
