Some of the information the representative was giving me was already information I'm aware of. The conversation ended without the representative answering my questions properly. I wanted to see if I could get the answers I was looking for another try, so I tried calling again. I called around 11am one weekday, then around 3pm on two different weekdays. All times the phone went unanswered and I was asked to leave a voice message in order to return my call. Finally, the fourth time I called, someone picked up. Though again, all the questions I asked I could not be given the answers I was looking for. It was all vague and general information. I'm resorting to getting help from the facility where the service was provided in order to get the information I'm looking for. As an organization looking over payments, please do better in being able to provide detailed and elaborate answers in regards to a bill a patient has to pay.
