I never leave bad reviews, but this place is a huge exception. I am shocked at the amount of…read moreinconveniences I've had since receiving services here and it's be one thing after another and excuse after excuse. First off, when I arrived i was an hour early then their closing time and 30 minutes before their last walk in time. It was closed upon arrival and when I called their excuse was that they were "in a meeting" however since i called they took me in and i was done way before the last walk in time (3:30). Second of all upon getting my test results read, they had told me that they lost my paperwork provided to me by my employer and their excuse was that their owner "took my paperwork for billing" I'm not sure why anyone would take any kind of paperwork for billing knowing its a pending test result? Third of all, due to them losing my paperwork they instead offered to email me my results within a few minutes of me leaving but ended up sending it to me hours after, which caused me to miss my deadline given to me by my employer. FOURTH of all, they filled out their own paper work that they sent in an email which had all the times of my reading stated inaccurately, which again i'm not sure why it would happen since they require you to sign in upon arrival. Knowing that this place works for employers that require certain deadlines and require paper work I'm not sure why there is this much level of incompetence when it comes to accurate reading times, unable to handle paperwork, and closing at the times they want. I wouldn't recommend employers partnering with this location.

The…read morefirst time I spoke to a representative over the phone, the representative could not provide details I was looking for in order for me to understand why exactly I'm being billed for the given amount. Some of the information the representative was giving me was already information I'm aware of. The conversation ended without the representative answering my questions properly. I wanted to see if I could get the answers I was looking for another try, so I tried calling again. I called around 11am one weekday, then around 3pm on two different weekdays. All times the phone went unanswered and I was asked to leave a voice message in order to return my call. Finally, the fourth time I called, someone picked up. Though again, all the questions I asked I could not be given the answers I was looking for. It was all vague and general information. I'm resorting to getting help from the facility where the service was provided in order to get the information I'm looking for. As an organization looking over payments, please do better in being able to provide detailed and elaborate answers in regards to a bill a patient has to pay.
