A trusted colleague/friend of mine actually referred me to Andy's firm and I'm really grateful! He and his team were incredibly prompt, informative, helpful, and patient (with inevitable questions that came there way by a new business owner like myself). With all the specificities it takes to create a business, this team was awesome in communicating with me and assisting me with navigating not only the needs to get the ball rolling but also how to keep it rolling and with tips to help with bank accounts and accounting packages (if I were to want to take those routes). They were also very neutral in providing all the options possible and when I requested advisement or pros/cons, they were able to share these promptly and in a way that helped me choose what was best for me. I'm glad to have worked with them and will continue to work with them! read more

As a tax professional, I am occasionally asked to assist clients with formation of corporations, LLC, Partnerships, etc. Since I strictly avoid pretending to be an attorney and, As Andy says on his very informative website, accountants and tax pros should not be practicing law, I have sent several clients and prospective clients to Andy and IncorporationAttorney.com. Everyone has been happy with the service they received. When I have had a quick question, Andy has been helpful and forthcoming. Of course, when hiring an attorney, you want one very experienced in the practice area of concern, with whom you can establish a rapport, and who has the capacity to help. But, the most important quality is that they really CARE. It's clear Andy and the staff do. read more

Let me start my prefacing this review with a disclosure. I was so intimidated to call Mr. Andrew Gale, I mean he is a corporate attorney in Orange County and I'm a middle income social worker from Riverside with big dreams of starting my own LCSW Corporation. Andy, as he referred to himself was so welcoming and down to earth! He put me at ease immediately! He was personable and explained everything with such patience. Mr. Gale responded to all my emails promptly and I sent a lot!! Never once did he make me feel like I was annoying him, and I'm sure I did! Lol Attorneys often get a bad rap for being all about the money, but Mr. Gale is different! He truly wants to make sure that his clients make an informed decision that is best for their business and their life. I highly recommend Mr. Gale and his associates! You will not be disappointed. read more

EXEMPLARY SERVICE. This business is so deserving of its 5 star ratings. I own a very small corporation. A year ago I started working with Gale and Vallance to help me keep up with the corporate records. It's been such a relief having their assistance. This past week I had an unforeseen event arise, and I needed help asap. Andy and his legal assistant Jillian moved heaven and earth to meet an impossible deadline. THEY SAVED ME. Initially I was impressed with their service. Hired them to start my S -Corp. They filed all paperwork in a timely manner, displayed good communication, and answered all my questions, however, my tax accountant filed my taxes for the S-Corp and the IRS sent me a letter stating my S-Corp status was not valid. Emailed Jaymee and inquired about the issue. That was May 16, 2023; they said they would phone the IRS and find out what went wrong. Still have not heard back from them. Disappointing. read more

Attorney Andy Gale and his staff were wonderful to work with. My partners and I have never started our own medical practice before, and in California especially there were challenges to how corporate structure needed to be. It's especially difficult figuring things out during a pandemic with limited face-to-face contact. We looked for experienced guidance to the formation of a health care corporation and turned to Mr. Gale. It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Gale and his team (shout-out esp to Lois) are experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to our needs, providing a wealth of knowledge and excellent advice. I feel secure in the structure of our company, and look forward to a continued good relationship with them. Highly recommend! read more

Incorporation Attorney - Business Law Near Me - Orange, California

We had originally planned on filing all of the incorporation paperwork ourselves for my wife's new physical therapy clinic, but the more we got into it, there were a lot of questions we didn't know how to answer and were, quite frankly, worried about doing something wrong. When it comes to the legality of your business - the literal foundation - you cannot afford to "wing it" on your own. Enter Andy, the "incorporation attorney." As others have also said, the process was painless and the team responsive. They were able to answer every question we had and support us along the way. They made filing easy, quick, and painless. The money you'll spend to have Andy and his team do it right from the get go will be worth every penny. We're looking forward to working with him in the future! read more

I own a private therapy practice here in Orange County, and I hired the Law Office of Gale & Vallance (Incorporation Attorney) to help me set up my LCSW corporation. Both Andy (the attorney) and his support staff (especially Lois) were incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient with setting up my corporation and answering all of my questions along the way. The entire process was incredibly easy (yay!) and fast, and the firm took the headache out of the corporate formation process for me, which was worth every penny of what I paid to hire them. I would definitely use Andy Gale and his law firm again for future needs, and would highly recommend this firm to others! read more

I needed to form a professional corporation for a new company (private mental health practice) with proper legal integrity to ensure it is durable and sound. I compared several firms before selecting Andy's team to work with. They provided the fastest, most enthusiastic response to my inquiries, and happily answered all of my questions quickly and completely (as a former IT project manager, I am very thorough, and I ask a lot of questions before making important decisions). I was also impressed with their website, which has industry-specific advice and addressed some of my questions beforehand, eliminating my need to ask them. The creation of the corporate entity went smoothly, and the one or two minor hiccups we encountered were quickly addressed. The process was completed on time, on budget, with no surprises. The project timeline and related dependencies were able to move forward as planned, which makes me happy. Everything seems to have been done properly, and I am confident in the new entity's "structural integrity", as well as the post-formation support I know I will receive from Andy and his team if I need it. My motivation for using a law firm for this: DIY incorporation is fraught with potholes and complexities, and is not worth the risk. I know of people who have had to re-do the entire Inc. process with an attorney because they screwed it up themselves by selecting the wrong type of entity, or in other ways. Making the incorporation process simple and painless, eliminating the guesswork and risk is literally why firms like this one exist. Let them do their job, creating and protecting your entity (your livelihood) properly so you can do yours without worry. Money well spent, imho. Worth every penny. If you are thinking of forming a corporation with Andy's team and are shopping around for attorneys (that's how I found them), I can tell you my own experience was good. They did everything needed, stuck to their quoted fee (did not try to add extra fees), responded to inquiries promptly, and got it done on time. I would use them again for this purpose without hesitation. read more

I have set up numerous businesses over the last 20+ years using various corporate attorneys. I can easily say that my experience with Andrew and his team was by far the best I've ever had. After a relatively short introductory call with Andrew to scope out what I was trying to accomplish, we were able to build out a plan for how to structure my new business in a way that addresses all of my needs. Once we got the ball rolling, Lois and Ana were on top of everything. They are quick, sharp, and overall amazing. I researched forming a corporation on my own. I soon realized it would be best to use a law firm familiar with the process. I then researched multiple firms advertising on the internet. I sent several email inquiries to various firms. Andy's firm was very responsive and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable and also very helpful throughout the process. Thank you to Andy, Paige, Lois and all of the staff at The Law Offices of Gale and Vallance. For background, I am a physician and was performing an extensive online search for an attorney that could help me start my own corporation. Little did I know that the entire experience would be this simple, thorough, and carefree. I had my "kick-off call" with Andy; from the start, I knew I would be in good hands. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I have a background in medicine, I had no clue what I was getting into when I chose to start my professional corporation. Andy and his team (Ana, Jaymee, Joshua) saved me a lot of time, hassle, and stress. They were there with me every step of the way and maintained an open line of communication throughout the entire process, which streamlined everything. It was definitely one of the most efficient and professional experiences I had. I signed up for the Full-Service package and the value it has already provided cannot be put into a dollar amount.
