I recently had an experience with OC Medical Billing regarding a medical visit to my primary care…read morephysician. A member of my family had been going to Surf City Pediatrics, located in HB, for months when my wife and I were hit with a $2,000+ bill and told our insurance, Cigna, was no longer valid or accepted. Fast forward 1+ year later ... Took me all of 45 minutes to find out that they submitted the wrong provider ID to the insurance Company. Rodney the owner has refused to call me back. Tracy, my billing "manager", hung up on me twice, refuse to help me and overall just won't take any responsibility for their error. On top of that they are not helpful and will not work my insurance provider to resolve this issue. Cigna has agreed to pay, in full, the medical bills directly related to this issue. All they needed to do was resubmit the bills and file a new claim. It's amazing that they can't even do that. Absolutely, the worst company to deal with. I'm surprised that a reliable and reputable Doctor's office like Surf City Pediatrics and Dr. Paul Pepek would choose OC Medical Billing for their medical billing needs. Such a shame because Dr. Pepek is a great doctor. I would stay away from OC Medical Billing at all costs!!!

I went to Charles Morris for my divorce and am so pleased with my decision. Mr. Morris really…read morelistened to my needs and concerns which really helped so much during this trying time. He truly cares about people and it shows. He knows how to negotiate with the other side and makes sure that my marriage is dissolved in the most fair compassionate way possible. Mr Morris has a gentle way with his clients. He truly listens and made me feel heard and validated my issues. He is also an excellent attorney and smart as a whip. Besides this, he's been practicing for over 25 years and he knows all the judges. They respect him and as a result, he easily navigates through the court system.. More often than not, the judges will agree with Mr. Morris' arguments because they know him to be very fair and balanced to both sides of the divorce. This makes me feel very comfortable because I want my divorce handled fairly and professionally. As a father, Mr. Morris is also sensitive to the needs of parents and children of divorce. He advocates both parents sharing custody so that the children have as much access to both parents as possible. He also teaches parents how to communicate with each other especially since the divorce brings up such strong and painful emotions. He really does teach parents how to communicate because he taught me how to talk with my ex and we actually have a decent working relationship now. Besides this, he separated our marital assets fairly and expertly - he knows everything from valuing/separating real estate to valuing/separating retirement assets and/or businesses. His degrees from Harvard and USC really helped prepare him to be an excellent attorney. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
