I don't tend to write a lot of reviews but every once in a while a company, a person or a service provider makes such a great impression on me that I feel the entire world really needs to know, and Paul Cogg is one of those people. I purchased a relatively new Mercedes-Benz that had some scratches and other issues on the body and explained to Paul that my goal was to make the car look brand-new. He gave me a very fair quote and got the work done within the stated time frame even though he was down a man. When I noticed that there was a piece that hadn't come out perfectly (and which he had previously noted might not turn out to be perfect), Paul offered to repaint the entire left rear fender for free just to make sure that I was a satisfied customer .. This was about $1000 worth of work that he was comping me. In addition to the paintwork, Paul has some contractors who advise him on things like tinting windows and I had asked him if he could tint the moonroof on my car; but I was warned against it by his expert because the glass on Mercedes car ceilings is too thin to withstand the heat and might crack if tinted a darker color. I think that there are a lot of vendors who have taken the job and then let things fall apart a year later when my moonroof cracked on me. Moreover when I discovered that the clear brah that his contractor had applied had a couple of imperfections, he offered to send his guy TO MY HOUSE to fix the imperfections because he had warrantied the job. Paul also told me that I could have saved a pile of money if I had done a break replacement with his shop versus the vendor from whom I had bought the car, and so I've decided that I'm going to have all my repairs done by PCC Collision in the future. Original post: 5/5 2019 I don't typically write reviews but Paul, Nira and Devin definitely deserved it! This was the first time I had ever gotten into a car accident so I was lost on how to go about it. I had gone to Paul because of the good feedback on Yelp and when I showed up I was disappointed, he was fully transparent about the quote, process and even helped me walk through the steps to go through the insurance. I still went out to get some other quotes from other shops around the area and after about 2 hours of searching no one could beat Paul's work or even he's turn around time. Through the whole process Paul would do constant check ins via text making sure he kept me up to date on how my car was doing! Got my car back two weeks sooner than any other shop had promised and the quality was impressive like nothing had ever happened. Truly thankful for Paul and the team will forever be a PCC Collision loyal! 7/8/2020 Third time having to take my car to the team and they continue to remind me every time why they are the best! Even after fixing the cosmetic damage on my front bumper which they did a stellar job on...my brake lights started giving me issues. Paul and Devin refused to let me drive off like that and they ended up fixing it for me then n there...something that at any other shop would have ran me a couple hundred $$$. My girl recently took her car to Firestone on Baseline and Rural in Tempe for A/C issues and they told her that she basically needed to replace her entire A/C system for $1,600. We went to PCC Collision for a second opinion and ended up getting her A/C fixed for about $300. Paul and Nina took amazing care of my girl when she came in for A/C issues. All that was needed was one part. Turns out that there was evidence of tampering with the A/C unit as well and the funny part is the A/C was working fine when she brought her car in for her routine check up and oil change. When she left it was blowing warm air, which is why I suggested getting a second opinion. This was the last instance in a long line of them nickel and diming her and it seemed like they just decided to throw abandon to the wind and go for the big one. PCC showed us where the tampering happened and explained how hard it would be for that damage to occur by happenstance or driving. The fact that PCC saved us $1,300 and had the A/C unit blowing colder than it did before speaks to the quality and integrity of the shop. Thank you PCC!!! Definitely my new go to spot for anything vehicle related. If you are looking for honesty, integrity and great customer service, go to PCC. The big franchises will only try to tax you to death. Paul took care of my car after 2 accidents where I was not at fault. Anyone who loves their car knows how nerve racking it can be worrying about your car being fixed and fixed right by any so called "body shop". I recommend him over the bigger guys that seem to pop up on the insurance companies recommended list. Those guys are only a step above highschool autoshop class as far as quality. Paul fights the insurance so you get what your car needs and not have them make more profit by using inferior products or parts. I did not want cheap aftermarket parts going on my car. Paul made sure my parts where oem and did a great job. It was hard for him to keep deadlines and I felt communication could be better but it would seem that's most, if not all places these days. I know many places turn around your car in 2 weeks and some may be shocked to hear Paul had my car for nearly 2 months but I got the car back in great shape and I'm fairly happy with it. Paul knows I'm a car guy, and a picky one. It will be coming back for a slightly better color match on my front bumper BUT he was happy to say "I'll take care of it". When you have an issue he will address it and being able to talk to the owner directly and have him be a car guy who "gets it" is a huge plus and why I keep coming back. read more

Let me tell you, PCC Collision just doesn't get the job done they make magic happen. Your motor vehicle should be treated like royalty and I can attest that Paul and his crew will treat your vehicle no less than royalty. My experience goes like this, recently bought a nice newer chrysler 300 and after only having it for a week and a day, a civilian backed into my car with their car of course and left a nice bruise on my newly purchased Chrysler 300 bumper. After I looked up "The Best BodyShops in the East Valley" PCC Collision popped up but towards the bottom of the list, I can rest assure PCC Collision is #1 In All Of The East Valley And Phoenix, Yet alone The Entire State of Arizona because you will not find a place superior where SERVICE is GREAT and BODYWORK is AMAZING. Keep in Consideration although my repairs were not the biggest that PCC collision has had to manage they took my situation and treated it as if my car was top priority and they do have a track record of repairing vehicles that have had way more severe issues. This auto body shop is by far theee best!!! I have a hectic schedule hint why I'm barely getting to write this review and my experience was done and over about a month ago but Paul deserves all the praise for his phenomenal work! Let's start off by letting you know I drive a mini, country man S her name is panda. And with that said I'm sure you can imagine she's my baby and not even a year old. I was in a collision with a moving mini fridge on the high way coming back from California (totally not my fault) so this was a major inconvenience for me but Paul made the process so smooth by making sure my insurance paid up and mainly leaving me out of most of the drama that comes with insurance. He communicated every step of the way which made me feel at ease that she was in good hands. I was more than pleased with the end result especially because she looked good as new!! I highly recommend this shop for any car repair. They obviously do repair work, but they do everything and anything else you could possible want done. Paul and Nira are the best, they are professional, they know everything there is to know about cars, and they are quick too. I met Paul through my coffee shop job and he fixes all the employees cars. I will never go to another shop. I call, and the same day (if not the next) my car is fixed and ready to go. I drive to Las Vegas every other week and so it needs a lot of attention. PCC collision is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner Paul has been extremely kind and professional to me and making sure my vehicle was repaired quickly and with excellent quality. He went above and behind to make sure I got set up with a rental car and was taken care of while my vehicle was with him. He helped a lot with dealing with my insurance company when I was at work and couldn't contact them. Overall, I really can't thank them enough for all the help they have been to me. He never once bs me in any kinda way. I am so incredibly happy with the work that was done on my vehicle! Paul was amazing! Kept me up to date on what was going on and didn't get frustrated with me calling every 5 seconds to check on my car.. My vehicle is a 2015 Toyota Corolla with less than 10k miles and somebody decided to put a huge scratch/gouge in my door.. Paul and the whole crew at PCC Collision are amazing! I've dealt with many mechanics and none were as thorough in their work and kind as the people at this shop. As a female, I've dealt with a lot of shops trying to rip me off, but Paul made sure that I even saved money. They got me in right away and kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time. I was recommended to PCC collision by a friend. I have a Nissan GT-R and I was very hesitant to just take my car anywhere as I have over 90,000 invested and I wanted to take it somewhere I could trust. I took my car to a few other shops prior to my friends recommendation and received multiple quotes. The car needed numerous repairs and PCC was able to beat the other quotes and the quality of the work was top notch. I absolutely recommend this place based on my experience with them. The quality of work and service is superb. This is a small business and you can tell the owner cares about the quality of his work. He is very friendly, easygoing, personable and (the best part) not set to rip u off or overcharge. He gave us the best quote, worked with our insurance to get the most amount of money covered by them for us and at the end he did not even charge us for the portion we had to pay out of pocket. My daughter had a little fender bender with her (almost) brand new car. We found PCC through Yelp. And boy are we glad we did! Super friendly and honest service. We came in for a quote Thu evening. We told Paul we needed the car fixed ASAP. Paul got a new bumper, painted it and the put the car back together by Sat morning. He also had his "dent guy" fix an unrelated door ding to boot. Because it was a rush job, Paul got some extra parts "just in case," but because he didn't end up needing them, he didn't charge us. We really appreciate the great work and the great service. Pcc collision does it all! Besides fast turn around times, perfect end results and finishes on all fender benders, scratches or full wrecks. If you want something else done to your car JUST ASK! they can do it or know someone who can (example : wraps, audio work, detail and some mechanical upgrades).
