Forza automotive are the absolute hands-down best alignments in Arizona especially for BMWs and imports. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and they do all kind of mechanical work outside of alignment, but this is their specialty. I trust the shop more than anywhere else and it's always first on my list. Thanks again to Eddie and Max the Forza team! read more

I brought my rare 1993 Ford Escort RS Cosworth over to this place on a recommendation. I was told they were the experts in aligning vehicles and race cars. Running a massive Aftermarket Automotive Parts company I am fully aware of the challenges in this industry. This is just 1 of my 5 cars. I had contacted the owner Eddie via text as instructed and provided him all the vehicle info, the suspension upgrades done, and what I was trying to achieve. I even explained to him some of the issues to check such as ride height, vehicle pulling, rear camber adjustments, steering wheel, front tie rods. I included in the vehicle a new set of front tie rods if needed since all this stuff comes from the UK. As a owner, I am busy but drove from Gilbert to near downtown Tempe as I wanted the right person to deal with the car. I dropped it off and expected the service to be done. The next day I got a call it was ready and to come pick it up. When I got there I asked how everything went and if they got the steering wheel straight and checked the ride height. The owner told me, the ride height was perfect (it wasnt as I personally set it to just get it within range). He had me take a test drive with the kid around the block as they didnt want to drive it. They said the coilovers were binding lock to lock which I said, that is normal for these to do this. The car still pulled left to right, steering wheel not straight. He explained to me road crowning etc. I get it. I paid his $150 fee which I thought was cheap as I was going to be $1000 if I had to for it to be done by a professional and fully setup. I drove the car home in and put it on the lift. Took the vehicle out today and wasnt happy so sent him a txt voicing my frustrations. As my business and what I do is well known, I expected him to understand my frustrations and have a owner to owner conversation. He told me he just talked to his guys (22 year old kids) and they said they didnt want to touch that car and he should not have brought it there. That should have been said up front before I took my time to drive there. He said I told him ALL my cars bind and they did the best they could but didnt want to touch it. I told him he should have communicated that up front. He said, "what do you want me to do". I said refund the $150 as its not the money but the point. You are telling me you didnt perform the service I requested. He told me he forgot to have me sign a waiver that says they dont guarantee anything they dont install. I said listen I am not some kid this is pretty frustrating and Im getting heated. His response was "well then fuck off. you can go fuck off." If you want to talk to me about it then come down to my shop. So here is my review. I would not say you have skilled labor... You have an angry East Coast guy that thinks he is running a successful business. So for telling me Go Fuck Off when i didnt raise my voice and wanted to find a solution, here is a great review about your very small business. Im glad you can do 100 cars a month or a week. Thats what machines do... read more

Only leaving one star to write this review....i was referred by someone so I called for the first time ever. Simply asked if they possibly had any availability for same day appointment. Employees response was "For today?! You have any fucking idea how busy we are??!!" Umm no how do I know how busy you are? This is clearly why I asked. A simple "sorry we don't but can schedule you for a later day" was all that needed to be said. For all I know their work could be the best around but talking to potential clients this way will damage your shops reputation and business. Don't know the name of the employee but the owner should really check his employees before they destroy his business....will never use them and definitely wont recommend them to anyone. Honestly I would tell people not to come here if they asked. Great job read more

extremely unprofessional establishment, same story like the other 1 star reviews below. treats customers miserably and believes he knows everything best and doesn't need to adhere to basic human decency. starts a lot of drama and then chickens out. loves to laugh at people when they inquire about an appointment. also likes to bring drama to social media and then block and deletes people's comments when they try to defend themselves. cowardly and unprofessional. take your car to literally any other shop. read more

The service here was amazing. Had a 10:30 appointment and was serviced immediately. As a woman I appreciated that Eddie allowed me to walk and look under my car and take pictures. He explained the details of what was wrong in a matter that I could understand. I recommend Forza. read more

Very disappointed. I spoke with the owner and scheduled an appointment to have my springs swapped on my Tesla. We scheduled it for 2 weeks out as that was "the soonest that he could get me in". I drove 1.5 hours one way on a Monday morning to be told he couldn't do my vehicle the day of the appointment. He said he was too busy and had some personal things come up. The least Eddie could have done is let me know he needed to reschedule so I didn't waste 3 hours of my day. Extremely unprofessional. He had my number and I sent him a confirmation text of my appointment which he acknowledged as well. Time is money and I will take mine elsewhere. read more

Literally the best in the business! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eddie and his crew for all alignment and suspension needs for your vehicle. You know this shop is special because every time you arrive you'll see some sort of exotic car either out front waiting to be worked on or on the 4 post getting adjusted. If you don't understand that just know if this shop can adjust and align Lamborghini's, Ferrari's, and Porsche's for the most precise car owners in AZ, then they can align and adjust ANYTHING. Support small local business and get quality work every time. If you really think Big O, Discount, Firestone, etc. is better than Forza, you have never been more wrong! read more

Great job, professional and prompt. Seriously no complaints. Aligned my car and I was out the door in less than 1 hour. Fair price.

I am so particular about my Porsche 911 Turbo, I have to take a breath when someone new works on it. Eddy is a straight talker, no BS. What he says, is what he does. I couldn't be happier with the service and honest price. Eddie gave me an education on the laser alignment he performed. I felt so confident when he finished, I will definitely come back. I will be adding new rotors and brakes, plus an exhaust system. I hope Forza will install these for me? Great to find a business you can trust. Bruce M. Scottsdale, AZ read more
