There's nothing quite as nostalgic as a PB Sandwich. Peanut butter is one of my main food groups (you can never have enough) so when I heard that there's a place that specializes in PB sandwiches, I had to check it out. ‍ While a peanut butter sandwich may not be the first thing you think of when you think take out, it's perfect if you're looking for a quick and sturdy breakfast or aren't looking to spend $30 on brunch. PB & J is reasonably priced and offers generous portion sizes that will satisfy your inner child with an adult appetite. They offer an extensive selection of novel savory and sweet options. RATING: 8/10 - PB & J I had to go for the Elvis, a classic--peanut butter, banana and honey on sourdough. Simple but oh did it ever hit the spot. Brought me back to my younger self when I would eat these for lunch. My BF tried the Sandi which has peanut butter, turkey bacon, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. It's an unlikely combination but man it was good. The perfect lunch option, especially if you're looking to grab and go. I can't wait to go back to PB & J and try another one of their tasty sandwiches. You can never have enough peanut butter in your life... FUN FACT: PB & J handcrafts all of their peanut butter in house. You can even purchase it to take home.

I think not and never again. I ordered this off door dash because we love PB and Jelly sandwiches and thinking $7 for a high end PB & J must have a little extra yums but you are definitely better off making it at home. The bread was soggy by the time I got it not sure if it would have tasted different if I dined in. The peanut butter was heavy overall it was a very heavy sandwich didn't have a good balance. This was a waste of money. My husband got the cherry PB & J and I got the apricot one and the peanut butter and banana one because normally I can eat 2 of these sandwiches when I make it at home. For some reason everything was so dense and heavy I couldn't even finish a sandwich

Arabia - almond butter, date syrup, and sesame seeds. Delicious!

What a great find!…read more We enjoyed the beet salad 10/10, beet chips 7/10, the ranch burger 8/10 , the spicy mushroom mozza burger 10/10, and the Mr. chicken panino 10/10! There is an abundant selection of beverages too. Everything was delicious and I would order them again! The service was prompt, kind and the manager made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

The ranch burger and milkshake would of been more than enough for me (as that was a very hefty burger!) but also tried their smash browns (big potato chunks crisped up and super delicious enough to take home the remainder). I really liked the layout and lighting in the restaurant but as an added bonus, there is also a patio out back (I think you still need to go inside to order at the counter though) and free 3 hr parking for those eating there. I didn't realize about the parking until after I was done my appointment (that would of saved me from struggling with paying for parking on an old iphone that doesn't like indigo QR links...). So now I know for next trip to Calgary this is the spot to stop. Also, just an extra nod to the the two working (I believe they both were owners). Super friendly, will chat or leave you to enjoy your meal and really went the extra step with bringing out the good hot sauce and ketchup even before the meal was ready.

Now this is how you make a sandwich! There's such a thrill in finding incredible local eats. I'm…read morenot usually a big sandwich person, but a good foodie friend of mine said they heard the hype about Scozzafava's so I went along. No regrets. If you didn't know about this spot, you might easily pass by without a second glance. Scozzafava's serves up authentic, classic Italian sandwiches that just slap. They use a soft sesame seed bun, which probably is the most unique part of the sandwich. For their marinara sandwiches, I wish they used a thicker bun to better absorb all the sauce. The sesame bun didn't keep its integrity, sadly. The meatball marinara was glorious! Slightly spicy, super moist meatballs, slightly sweet marinara, and perfectly paired with bitterness of the rapini. Don't forget the cheese pull! We also grabbed the classic Italian deli, which was scrumptious and very filling. You can't go wrong with either option, in my opinion.

We came to the store to order. and you know the service is top notch. The owner is very friendly and there is a warm ambiance about the place. On to the food, My brother order a chicken parm subs and say his sub was excellent as always. I ended up getting two subs. One was the meatball sub which was exceptional. The meatballs were well seasoned and were larger than my mom made when she was alive. the buns were toasted to perfection crunchy but not burnt. They had just enough sauce and cheese to compliment the sub but not overpower it . i also got a turkey pesto sub which had a lot of meat and cheese. This was very good and if i come back to Calgary i will definitely come back.

In addition to…read moresome sandwich and salad staples, they have rotating weekly features of different hot dishes and soups. On this visit, I tried the mac and cheese and beef/barley soup. The soup was warm and inviting with real beef. But, the real highlight was the mac and cheese: extra creamy made with real cheddar cheese and topped with buttery homemade croutons. For the portions provided, $10 is more than fair for well-prepared comfort food!

They offer two fresh soups every day which are clearly not canned and made from scratch. They also offer a different special every day of the week that can be supplemented with a salad or a small soup. These specials range from clubhouse sandwiches, to spring roll on vermicelli, to mac n' cheese (scratch made). One of my go-to places for lunches and as a soup connoisseur they are able to beat out most places by providing homemade soups instead of the typical generic Campbell's stuff you find in most delis. One thing I would like is for them to switch up and try their hand at making other soups because I have been here so many times the soups are getting slightly old (but still tastier and better value than Sunterra) TLDR: Soups good, specials can be good, sandwiches fresh, salad available.
