Egg Club is a simple concept with an interesting twist of using the japanese milk bread which is super soft and fluffy. They use a sauce on the breakfast sandwich that is kind of on the sweeter side but I still enjoyed it. We both ordered the meat lovers which included: sausage patty, chipotle mayo, bacon, and their Egg Club Sauce. My husband added tomato and I wish I had done that to mine cause it added a level of freshness the dense sandwich needed. However the sandwiches are extremely customizable if you want to add lettuce, onions, or other toppings! I loved the taste and felt extremely full afterwards. The hashbrown is interesting... I think it's mashed potatoes with a sweet flavor inside a folded crispy hash brown. For some reason it really worked for me but my husband didn't like it. I feel like you either love or hate the hash browns here. We were able to make it a combo and add two coffee drinks to ours. I had a salted caramel coffee which was tasty AF. The service was good and the inside is extremely simple with a few tables and chairs for those dining inside. I think its a great and unique breakfast option in downtown Calgary.

Decent spot for breakfast in downtown Calgary! It was quite busy but managed to get a table for our group. I tried the egg club and added the combo for coffee and hashbrown. Hashbrown was very unique and interesting - quite filling with the mashed potato inside the deep fried hashbrown. The egg club was pretty yummy with the sweet milk bread and caramelized onions.

The family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We ordered LA Galbi which is one of our favourites and it was flavourful and tender. The Seol Leong Tang broth was great. The Heamul Jajang had a lot of seafood and the noodles were tender. The Dolsot Bibimbap was also good. The meals came with a bunch of side dishes and they encouraged us to order more (white carrot, sprouts, garlic potato, and kimchi). Staff were friendly and the place was busy but because of the walls it didn't feel crowded. It was a great meal.

We ordered a sizzling plate with calamari and pork (oh Sam bokkum) and a skate fish soup (skate fish maeun ta). We were served barley tea (complimentary). Wait time was minimal. The interior is a classic setup for Korean restaurant with alcove seat setup, this allows for intimate conversations. Washrooms are near the kitchen and it looks like there are some private rooms. Supported the local business with cash payment but the location had a modern pay terminal.

They should provide a 2nd sauce. We ordered the sweet and sour pork, which came with white steamed rice which we liked since most places you have to order rice separately, but the cubes of pork were so small, lean and quite dry and the carrots tasted old. We ordered the phingsha which was overpriced for what it was. Portion size was very small, the beef was dry and chewy. We would like to come back and try some other items, but we weren't overly impressed with our choices other than the chicken momos

Our food was prepared quickly (20 minutes), packed efficiently(i.e. remained hot and intact in their containers without any leakage), and was ready for hubby to pick up when he arrived. #3. Momo Platter($16): these are definitely our favourites(we prefer them steamed)! The platter includes 4 beef, 2 vegetable, and 2 tofu momos that should be eaten with their homemade chili oil sauce. #25. Chicken Gyathuk($14): this is like a chicken ramen with bits of vegetables in a flavourful broth. The chicken is shredded/torn and very tender. #26. Beef Thenthuk($14): this soup hits the spot and is so comforting on a chilly day like today. I love the thick, chewy hand pulled pasta which reminds me of the Xi'an biang biang noodles. So, in response to Jonny M., I'm sorry that you were disappointed, but these noodles are not like Chinese la mian! #27. Beef Mokthuk($16): what can we say? This soup is another winner! There are plenty of beef dumplings in this bowl for three to share!

I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen and Spring Rolls and they were both delicious with super fresh ingredients. The only other time I have had ramen was in Japan, and this was definitely comparable to the quality there. The broth was wonderful, as was the pork. My only complaint food wise was the sauce the spring rolls came with. It wasn't the usual peanut sauce I would expect with this dish, but more of a soy sauce tasting sauce. Additionally, this location was very difficult to find. It was on the second floor of an office building that was locked when I tried to get inside. I called the number on the sign and it was not picked up, but after about 5 minutes or so of waiting they came down with my order and gave it to me.
