One word Wow!! I was visiting Calgary and randomly stumbled across this place...I thought I'd give it a try bc in my past experience Korean fusion breakfast restaurants have never disappointed me... this was no exception! I was totally blown away by the quality of food and service The star dish in my mind was the chicken and waffles - perfectly cooked chicken on a BUBBLE WAFFLE The potatoes were also amazing.. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!! Great work to the team at Brouhaha!! Strong 5 stars

What a great breakfast place!! We had some issues with parking as the app for the city garage wasn't working, so we chanced it and parked there anyway. Service was very friendly, the place was absolutely spotless, the food was delicious. These people know how to run a restaurant!!

Jan 1st, 2025: Brouhaha was so good in July that I had to come back for NYE brunch. I was happy to get a reservation and order a Chicken on the Waffle ($21) and a matcha latte ($5.50). Amazing as always, the flavours were balanced, quality high and price fair. It's a really good crunchy yet fluffy waffle. Chicken was tasty and moist. My matcha latte was not what I expected, especially from an Asian influenced restaurant. I expected genuine matcha or something close, instead I got matcha in a tea bag. It just tasted like slightly matcha flavoured milk. Overall, good experience. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

We rolled up to this place, with many doubts due to the storefront. However it exceeded expectations. Service was great. The brunch was the best that we had on our trip. The plates are exotic and full Of flavor. The presentation was beautiful and colorful. Would highly recommend!!!

Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning and my friends were skeptical from the outside. But on the inside it was a very nice Asian fusion (Korean inspired) restaurant with many patrons. The interior was decorated with Brouhaha characters which I thought was a nice touch. We were lucky enough to get seated right away. The menu options all looked so good that I might have to revisit Calgary just for this restaurant! My friend got the Nasi Gorang and the banana latte off of their special menu. I got the Brou-ssam scramble. The portion size was great for its price and everything was presented so nicely. It tastes as good I loved their salsa and spicy ketchup to pair with the egg. The crispy Brussels sprouts were also something we raved about. The staff were so attentive and we got our food in a quick manner. I totally recommend if you're looking to get a heavy brunch and try a fusion!!

Friends and I stumbled upon this place while on vacation in Calgary. THE BEST brunch I've had ever! The only downside is that it's soo far away from me lol. Wish I could bring it home with me! The parking here is convenient and free! The breakfast platter was so good, presentation wise and taste wise! Plenty of food and more leftover. The fruit plates we got were a refreshing touch. The crossing and steak bites stole the show! They were flavorful and tasty. The pesto sauce complimented the dish very well. Great service and great brunch spot!

Pretty descent brunch. I ordered the Salmon Benny and it was pretty good. Loved the salmon but wished the croissant would be toasted more. My husband really enjoyed his steak bowl. I also ordered a mint chocolate latte and it was delicious! Very unique and something I'm going to recreate at home. They offer free parking for their customers which is a nice incentive especially in the 14th Street area. Service was great and attentive. Another lovely brunch restaurant in Cowtown!

Can't go wrong with a Benny bro. After drinking a pedialyte and choking down some Tylenol we stumbled upon this gem (not really we had to drive through construction and stampede traffic to find it) after looking at some very spicy (some would say shameful) videos from the night before. As per usual, our eyes were set straight to the Benny section of the menu, and boy were we not disappointed. The smoked salmon Benny was delicious and the croissant was an interesting take, wasn't necessarily my fav but Im also am a lunatic who doesn't like croissants. The Canadian Benny was delicious, sporting a juicy cut of whatever pork cut, creamy hollandaise sauce with a beat purée on the side, adding a sweetness I would have never thought would have tasted so good on a Benny. The only qualm we had is that some good old fashioned hash browns would have been preferred to the baby potatoes, but they were still quite nice.

    Platter for 2

Arrived at 1045am Saturday. Weird parking in an Indigo covered lot with a low ceiling. A truck won't fit in here. You need to register your license plate inside the resto upon entering on their machine. We were seated right away and the servers all wear masks. Service is prompt. We got our drinks in 5 and food in less than 15min! And it was busy! We had a platter for 2 with French toast made from Croissants as we are not pancake fans. The smoked salmon was incredible and the waffle fries dipped into hollandaise was the best I've ever had. No powdered crap here- just yolks with a tart lemon tang that we poured onto our pea meal bacon bennies. If you're a small eater, the platter would feed 3 but I eat like a horse and have a 16yo son haha! Platter comes with your choice of juice - he had OJ and I had pomegranate. Prior to the platter we each had a fruit starter as well. Portions are large so come hungry! Hubby had the classic. Bacon, sausage, two eggs and rye toast with roasted potatoes. He said he was full as the toast was huge! You can ask for a variety of jams. I'm really excited to try their omurice and truffle mushrooms and their steak bites - more trips required. Eat healthy and stay happy Yelpers!

A must visit brunch spot In YYC! Brouhaha is such a cute place for a delicious brunch! Be sure to come early as they get super busy quick! They are a Korean owned brunch spot, and they even have glutenfree and vegan options. Best part when you pay the bill you get to choose lollipops from a tub of candy. * Fried Crab Meat Scramble ($22) ~ this was actually good, there was a nice portion of fried crab on a roasted croissant, with delicious scrambled eggs and the chipotle aioli they used was delicious. The cra was seasoned nicely and crispy. Eggs were scrambled nicely. 8.5/10. * Kimchi Omurice ($21) ~ Super flavorful and delicious bacon kimchi fried rice topped with an 3 egg omelet, and poached egg. I definitely thought the bacon really helped elevate the kimchi fried rice and gave It extra flavoring. The rice was good texture, and overall delicious. 9/10. * Iced butter scotch ($6.50) ~ this was good but on the sweeter side. The butterscotch is homemade, and was creamy and flavorful. 6/10. * Iced vanilla latte ($5.50) ~ classic vanilla latte, I do wish the coffee was stronger as it wasn't as fragrant but good amount of sweetness. 6/10. * Overall if your in the area I definitely checking this place out, their menu Is huge and the variety is definitely there!

Ice butterscotch, iced latte, Pina Colada Mimosa

Delicious food and drinks, good service, cute little place. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a brunch spot in the area!

If you show up after 9am, be prepared to wait a bit or make reservations in advance on Toast to be safe. I tried their newer item, birria de res eggs benedict, which is served on cheese bannock, an indigenous Canadian bread, and opted to sub potatoes/salad for garlic fried rice for 3 CAD surcharge, which is well worth it. The beef was tender and the eggs are perfectly runny and the cheese bannock added heartiness and a more unique texture compared to English muffin. It is a combo of Mexican, indigenous Canadian, and Filipino influences all in 1 dish! To pair with the food, I had a pineapple mimosa which was of good portion. Originally, the dish had hair so I caught it and flagged the issue, so they immediately remade the whole dish for me, apologized, and comped my mimosa so despite losing 10 min of my time, I am okay with this remedy, so I rate this experience for the food and service outside of this incident. This is one of the more innovative and delicious brunch spots I have tried, so it is no surprise this place is fairly hyped up

It came with thick cut smoked salmon on top of sushi seasoned rice with poached eggs, seaweed, and spinach on the side. The seaweed pieces tasted old and were hard to chew. The seasoned rice had too much vinegar in it. The poached egg and salmon tasted fine. It also came with miso soup but it tasted strange, not sure why there was oil in it... miso soup usually does not contain oil. My fiance got the Breakfast in Manila and thought it was alright as well. The rice was too salty and the sausage tasted like low quality meat. It seemed like they were short on waitresses and it took a while for them to take our order and for us to get the check. This place is also a plant store and it felt cozy. Overall had a decent experience.

By the time it arrived, everything was stone cold. The cheese was literally hard from melting and then going cold, the potatoes were undercooked and raw, and the entire meal was completely inedible. Spending $35 on food that went straight in the garbage is beyond frustrating, it's infuriating. And the $5 "seasonal fruit bowl" looked like someone's picked-over leftovers. A couple random pieces tossed in a container and sent out like that's acceptable? It's honestly disgusting and shows a complete lack of quality control. At this point, I would've been better off ordering McDonald's for a third of the price, because at least it would've shown up hot and edible. This is careless, overpriced, and completely unacceptable. 1STAR. Complete fail.
